  7. How? Player 1’s actions were either a kickable mistake or nothing serious, he just slightly entered the other lane. He got banned because Player 2 didn’t stop, even though it was clearly visible that a collision would happen if he kept moving. So, if Player 2 had stopped or avoided the collision, the accident wouldn’t have happened in the first place. It’s a paradox Yeah, but only for that specific case. It doesn't cover the pattern I'm suggesting. I'm 100% sure they blame Player 1 and don't consider Player 2's actions in this pattern. If I point that out, I'm afraid they’ll ban me from the feedback system for abuse. Even though Player 1 got banned because Player 2 collided with him. despite the fact that Player 2 could have technically stopped, knowing that if he kept moving while Player 1 was turning, a collision would happen. So that’s why I made this suggestion to recognize this pattern or paradox and give both of them a kick instead.
  8. All most all the collisions result in a 2-week ban. Only a very few get a 1-week ban for clearly minor, non-troll mistakes. What exactly are 'small infractions'? If a player doesn’t disrupt my gameplay, that means they weren’t trolling, and I can keep driving so it doesn't matter if its intentional trolling or genuine mistake. But if they collide with me, they’d definitely get a 2-week ban. So how can a player or troll disrupt my gameplay if they didn’t even collide with me? So with actions that result in a ban under or equal to 1week no trollers or players can cause harm to anyone. Trolls wouldn’t be able to do anything with this suggestion if it were applied. Only genuine players would benefit, and I think that’s what the community really needs.
  9. Player 1 always get banned based on the current situation. The rule is indeed like this. That's why such rules as speeding up to prevent overtakes exists. Intentionally Collision is indeed a banable thing. I have website report got accepted before that someone was overtaking on the middle line and the other guy speeding up and turning against into that guy, then the guy who intentionally caused a crash get banned. If you are unsure whether it is banable under current TruckersMP rules, I'd suggest you create a feedback ticket towards GMM to get a clear result.
