Doesn't work for me. Created a new save, disconnected the steam cloud and tried to edit the new save. Nothing happens. Wanted to unlock the bigger trailers for any country. Got into the game, bought the trailer, attached it, ended the game, started Truck Tools normal as well as admin. Clicked it, named it successfull. Got online, nothing happend. Cant tp to the german garage, cant tp the trailer to the german garage. Dont know whats wrong.

I saw literally 3 emergency vehicles. No fire, no mapping, 45mins of traffic jam. For me, it was nothing..

But I would say the imbalance has nothing to do with a permanent ban for cheating. Cheating is that you are deliberately risking harm to the game on the server. Others above have proven that this has no negative impact on player numbers
