You never thought about the lack of self control is what has caused this? Simply put by using your max download speed continuously for 3 hours at the same time as everyone else you collectively put huge strain on their servers. Are servers cheap in Brazil? Basically Brazil has caused it's own problems in this case.

Like i said i dont agree with the 10GB cap but if what you say is true, you only have yourselves to blame for this implementation. You decided to go with Netflix and YouTube vs actual cable, and you became addicted to bandwidth.

If you lived in Canada 5 years ago, to be with bell or rogers with 50GB cap would of been a minimum of $50 plus fees, could knock it down in a bundle but the bundles would normally reach over 150 a month. Once you go beyond dial-up speed does not matter but bandwidth. I'm with neither, i'm with a 3rd party reseller. Bell does not even sell my speed anymore, they are now forcing all new clients to go with the more expensive fiber.

Based on their current site you get 15 down for $25 CAD, I personally would love that, i pay nearly twice the amount for half the speed and thats the cheapest plan for me where i live. Now i dont know how much you pull in... but the easiest solution is cut your cable and cut netflix, limit youtube to only uploading.

10GB is doable, if you have control. Which by the sounds of it Brazilian citizens dont... I live off my phone, my home might have 400GB but my phone only has 5GB i rarely go over it.(i dont get penalized, just limited)

Best way of hurting them is their pocket book, get a bandwidth app on to your computer find what you can cut, and try stay with in the limits. Thats all you can do (next to leaving the country)

And whoever said Brazil has continuous download speeds? Have "unlimited" connection is one thing but our services have never been reliable enough to even compare to the quality in countries such as Canada or the US. Out of all the ISPs only two are still going to provide unlimited connection and given the recent events involving the ISPs and streaming services, absolutely no one (not even specialists) believe it has anything to do with strain on servers. Until it was bought by VIVO, for example, GVT invested heavily on their infrastructure to live up to their promise of always delivering 100% of the contracted bandwidth to their clients and they always did. It was a considerably pretty good quality in comparison to the others. It only changed recently after VIVO's acquisition. So no. It was not a matter of infrastructure.

I need a new modem so I lose connection constantly, so I know how that feels...

However if one provider has good quality till a acquisition it sounds like a infrastructure issue for consistency.

They may claim the cap is to help invest/repair but like the pace I live in it's just for more money grab (the local not municipality gov takes for investing in future repairs, but claims it has no money)

Also others might of followed due to bullying by the original one

Much like how bell and Rogers is in the mobile internet landline services, what they say usually goes

Uh oh. Not Twilight. Rainbow Dash yes, but not Twilight

I hear the cooling fans echoing tonight
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
She's logging in, 12:30 of the night
The moonlit screen reflect the stars that guide me towards restoration
I stopped to get a hard drive along the way
Hoping to find some long forgotten files or ancient documents

One appeared to me with a title that said "Hurry boy, a CD is waiting there for you"

It's gonna take a lot to install this for you

There's not enough megs of RAM for this CPU
I bless the flops down in Africa

Gonna take some time to install the things we never had

You guys are free to do the rest. XD

I really hope that was a remix of some sort. It was, interesting lol

  10. Well, I think this is enough internet for today. Good night, everybody!

    Enjoy your Friday.

  12. You know... I am 97% certain that people I have reported and got banned recently subscribed to my channel JUST so they could leave dislikes on my videos. Crashes Compilation 29 hasn't been out for even 15 minutes and this is already going on:

Well, you know what, folks? Just because you "love" it so much, I will start, from now on, I am going to include the report evidence with your names in it on future episodes. And more than that, I will include a disclaimer to let everyone know the clip was used in a report and that the person featured in the clip was banned. How about that, hm? You know who you are.

  13. I was just about to finalize Crashes Compilation 28 and set it to render but then I realized... it's the end of the year! I should record and add a special ending of some sort like I did with the last CC of 2015.

With that being said; I hope I can get into <game of my choice here> tomorrow, find a good and pretty stretch of road and record.

WTF did I just watch :o:huh:

American Truck Simulator's anniversary convoy just ended. It was a fun ride. Had some hiccups along the way thanks to a stupid Turkish VTC full of yellow trucks who were overtaking everyone at high speed and causing some accidents as well as one fellow who was doing the same but on a much worse scale. Other than that it was alright. At the end we were supposed to ditch our trailers before entering Darchelle but I wasn't paying attention to the warning in the chat. Not until @El1teZombiezHD  called me out directly in the chat when I was almost in. lol I quickly ditched the thing on the move (I was going slowly) in a tiny moment of panic and caused my engine to stall and die. Sorry about that! I was paying too much attention to the traffic to realize I should have ditched the trailer earlier. My bad.

Here's a few screenshots from the trip! :D

There were too many people in Sunflower Crop's yard and the frames were too low. Thankfully I found a good spot in front of @NoTime4name and managed to make my way out of that mess. Much better!

    Admins guarding the road.

Eventually the convoy started, led by Sgt. Salt! With about 20 minutes of delay. Which was good, because I got slightly late. I arrived with my trailer on the server at the exact time the trip was originally scheduled to begin.

Found some other familiar faces, too!

And @The Scottish Lad seems to have found himself a way to get the fabled double trailer!

Or is that actually a trailer hat?

Also this mess happened. RIP everyone.

A break on the Golden Gate Bridge to admire the sunset and take a few pictures.

    Arriving at Eureka's Darchelle Whateverthesecondnameis.

Admins, you know what to do with @Mirrland.

And here we are, the final destination.

When the place filled up and there were no more parking spots left, the entrance was closed so those who couldn't make it in had to stay out in the cold.

It was quite warm indoors. Hot chocolate was served (noitwast).

    Poor @NoTime4name couldn't make it in. :(

Then again, it seems @El1teZombiezHD  couldn't, either. At least they could keep each other company. lol

It was a fun journey, in the end. It was great seeing and driving along some familiar faces. :)

See you all on ETS2 for the next official convoy! :D

Nope, I could not see it. I was way at the back but I really enjoyed the turns at the coast and the sunset made it a lot better
