Generally we say that it's gonna stay alpha until SCS stops updating ATS/ETS2 as regularly, but even looking away from that, it is currently not a finished product. It has various bugs and such that should be fixed, as well as features that should be added and polished before moving on from alpha is something we'd consider likely. Not that it really matters for the player, in the end, TruckersMP being in an alpha state doesn't make a real difference for the player. The changes we make might make a difference, but it's likely we would make those changes regardless of what state we consider the mod to be in.4 points

Suggestion Name: Increase Accessibility for Visually Impaired Players. Suggestion Description: Hello TruckersMP! Today, I'd like to suggest that there is more ways for Visually Impaired players to play without problems! This Suggestion includes a few things, which I will list below. 1. Option to increase Chat Size 2. Option to Enable/Disable Server Announcements as Text to Speech 3. Change Chat Colours for Staff (Game Moderators, Community Managers etc) 4. Colorblind Mode (Replaces Red with Blue or Yellow) Any example images: Menu Addition: Menu Contents: ^^ The Red on the left will be what the Announcement and Game Moderator color will be replaced with whatever is entered on the right ^^ Why should it be added?: I may be the only Visually Impaired player on this Mod, but I highly doubt I am not. I struggle day in, day out with my eyesight and I love to play TruckersMP to relax and forget about my worries, but I have the same issues when I play, I can't read chat. I have tried UI Packs but they don't seem to work. If TruckersMP really is an accepting, for everyone Modification, then this should be added. Also, in no way am I saying that other disabilities shouldn't be accommodated, these are just the examples I have thought of due to my personal condition. It may seem a bit pointless if you don't suffer from these issues, but I can assure you, it is definitely worth being added. I just hope that the Community Managers think before denying this suggestion, because it could improve the experience of people like me, who constantly have to deal with these circumstances. Final Points: I would also love to help with any input if this is accepted, as I have these issues, I can provide feedback on what has been done, but that is up to you. Suggestion Name: Driveable AI traffic cars Suggestion Description: Being able to drive (non-branded) AI traffic cars that already is created by SCS to bring more realism to TMP than it already does. Any example images: (Volkswagen, with non-branded logo) Why should it be added?: These AI traffic cars are already in the base game, created by SCS which does not rely on any 3rd party mods. Not only will this improve the realism to the game in multiplayer, but will also decrease the amount of pilot-cars as many players drive them without even piloting any convoy. I do understand that some players may disagree as they hate most of the car drivers in the game due to the bad brakes and truck physics - but not everyone drives reckless. For the interior part: they could just use the same interior in every car, players won't be bothered that much if this suggestion actually gets put into the game. Game: Euro Truck Simulator 2 Mod Version: 0.2.2.4.0 Controllers Used: G29 Description of Issue: Since the latest update that didn't change the version number, the eurotrucks2.exe process keeps running after closing the game and has to be killed through task manager, before you can start the game again. There's no difference between Alt+F4 and quitting with the menu button. The problem does not occur in SP. I'm running Windows 7. How to reproduce: Close ETS2 launched by TMP client and view running processes. Screenshots / Videos: None.1 point

+1 This is a a great idea. There is already a car in MP so making AI cars drivable would not add anything that not there now it would just give people more options of what type of car to drive and would be more realistic adding more of a variety to the traffic and like with the trucks multiple different ones and not all the same type of Skoda. As mentioned the physics, interior and horn are all part of the current car so surely there could be a way to place those in AI cars and make them driveable. Lights might need work tho to fit the different cars but the ai cars have lights too. It would be a much better option then creating a new car from scratch which is probably never gonna happen. Maybe the brakes could be worked on a bit aswell in order to make them even better. Even if just a few of the AI cars would be made driveable it would be fantastic, would be great to see a few different types of cars going around in MP rather then all Skodas and it will not add more cars in number to MP it will just mean more variety in cars an the trolls that use cars to cause problems can be reported. I really do hope this does happen Sadly I have my doubts that it will but you never know I guess I'd love to see some of these driveable and going around in MP Would be nice to drive them and to see them in traffic when in my truck, better then seeing all the same Skoda1 point

It might be helpful to mention the following for navigation purposes. I'm a road/highway junkie so this is all common knowledge to me. US road system is much detailed as far as navigation goes. Most state highways and all Interstate highways have numbers to dictate their direction and position in relation to the rest of the country. In general (this doesn't apply to all, but most) all two digit US State Highways: Nearly all two digit US highways traverse multiple states. Nearly all three digit US highways are trunks of their main highway and tack on a 1-9 digit in front. Odd number US highways usually run mostly north-south and begin with the lowest number on the east coast and go to the highest number on the west coast. Examples: US-1 runs from the US-Canadian border in the US State of Maine all the way down to Key West, Florida US-41 runs pretty much on the eastern side of the midway point in the country, from Northern Upper Peninsula of Michigan all the way to Florida. US-95 is on the extreme west side of the country as depicted in the game, however in reality US-95 runs a bit closer to the border on the southern half of Nevada and much more in the middle of the state in Northern Nevada that in is in the game, but the idea is generally the same. The standout exception to "nearly all multi-state US highways are two digit and trunks are three digit and typically don't traverse multiple state lines" is US-101, which runs from the Seattle area all the way down to the US-Mexico border along the Pacific Ocean. Since back when there was consideration for US-101 to become a state highway and the 1926 numbering plan dictated that all rounds which are primary north-south routes must end in 1, they didn't want this new road to be US-91 and lose US 93, 95, 97, and 99 since the numbering plan dictated that they should follow a numbering scheme lowest in the east and highest in the west Even number US highways usually run mostly east-west and begin with the lowest number on the north side of the country paralleling the US-Canadian border and the highest number on the south side paralleling the US-Mexico border. Interstate Highways, to avoid confusion, follow the same pattern except opposite. The highest odd numbered interstate begins on the east side of the country and the highest even number interstate begins on the north side of the country, to avoid "I'm traveling down the 5" "Okay, is that US 5 or I-5?" Interstate Highways have a lot of bypasses incorporated into their numbering as well. I-105, I-290 and I-670 are just a few. In general three digit Interstate Highways beginning with an even number trunk off their main highway and back onto their main highway, either going right through a central business district (if the main highway goes around it) or around one (a lot of three digit Interstates beginning with a 2 (example I-290 around Chicago, IL, I-280 around Des Moines, IA, I-205 around Portland, OR) go around a central business district). Likewise most three digit interstates beginning with an odd number trunk off their main highway and never return to it. US Highways are willy-nilly when it comes to three digit highway numbers except US-101 and a few others. Both US highways and Interstate Highways follow a specific numbering plan that indicates that all routes ending in 0 should traverse as much as possible east to west, with the exception of I-50 and I-60 (they don't exist anywhere in the Interstate Highway System) and routes ending in 5 traverse as much as possible north to south. Thusly, I-5 is an important link between Canada and Mexico travelling through Seattle, Portland, east of San Fransisco, Sacramento and Los Angeles, and I-10 travels east to west between Los Angeles and Jacksonville, FL through Phoenix, AZ, El Paso, TX, Dallas, TX, just to name a few. similar to I-80 present in the game, which follows pretty accurately the real world route it takes, travels coast to coast, beginning in San Francisco and ending near New York City. So later on when the DLC is complete, if you need to get cargo from San Fransisco to New York, jump on I-80 (just bring money for tolls through Illinois, Indiana and all the way east from there, real world it'll cost a truck+trailer nearly $500 to get from Chicago, IL to New York City if traveling I-80 the entire way). Hope this information helps. I've never done research into Europe's highway system so I can't tell if it has specific numbering plans or what n. It looks the same but I can't be for sure.1 point
