Wow... What an event! I want to thank each and every one of you guys that attended Fright Night 2018 - it was one of the best events in the TruckersMP community this year. Special thanks to all our event staff @IethaI @[RLC] PureSalt @Matt #CarLadMatt @_Ben_ @Savage. @Numark @Darkor16 @Nectarine @teddie38 (sorry if I missed). I appreciate you all individually, you made event happen. Without you guys the event wouldn't have been a thing. I would also like to say a big thanks to all the GMs that took 2 hours out of their days (when they could have been doing GM work) for attending and making sure the convoy ran smoothly @MikeOG @Prime @Speedy_TMP @sshadmin @Adrian22-PL @Armonk @Coppekss @JeffSFC @[LKW Tr.] Kap @Krewlex And of course a massive thank you to my friend @K0rnholio - after 4 months of planning all this work has payed off. It's been a good journey and I loved every minute of it! I can't wait to start Fright Night 2019 Now, time for the next major event! Remembrance Day 2018...

It's time to change my profile picture. Why? The Czech republic (In the beginning - Czechoslovakia) is celebrating 100 years of existence and i am glad and proud that i am a part of it. I love this country and i hope, we will move only forward. Peace guys

PSA: (Sorry extremely long TLDR) But explains quite abit. For those who may have seen my statuses recently where I have been rude, sarcastic and generally negative. I'll be honest and explain some things. I was kicked back in June for "Misconduct". From there I completely lost all faith in TMP due to the fact after some simple digging and investigation that some of the reasons weren't 100% legitimate. Things I can not discuss as I think it would be classed as an ISP breach. From there for about a month I was continuously picked on by TMP staff over a period of 4-6 weeks. In that period I received about 5 punishments which ALL were removed for being unjustified. Saying this was just human mistakes is not true. At the same time I was involved in alot of toxicity within the community. This lead me to be so angered and upset I actually suffered a mental breakdown. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and was prescribed pills to treat this. I have since tried to regain confidence in myself and rebuild the relations in the community. In the early stages I was still quite negative and because of my anxiety I became extremely paranoid and afraid of TMP. I avoided playing the Multiplayer client for a long time because I was afraid of being watched by staff who may be out to get me because of the previous punishments. I did become quite hated by staff as all I did was be negative and nasty. In this time I also had spoken to @_J-M and @Scar in a chat and clarified a few things and sorted some issues out. This regained alot of trust and I felt the chat was quite constructive. I declared at the time my intentions were to return to the team and quite rightly I understood I needed to work on this before I was considered to return. I started making posts at the start of September in the help section and began working on the forum to show activity and my attitude had changed. However, things from TMP have kind of returned back to how they were. Where Staff are picking on me or singling me out to make me look small or to make me feel like an idiot. For example a Community Manager continuously deletes anything I post on their statuses even if it's nothing harmful, archives posts without explanation or a real logical reason and then when I confront them about it they go reporting it to higher staff EG Devs to then get them to back this particular Community Manager and censor the things I say. Other staff speak to me like I'm dog poo on the bottom of their shoe and have a complete disrespect. All this because they think I'm in the wrong for being removed from the team when admittedly TMP agreed it was NOT handled correctly and following I was not treated properly. So in the recent weeks this once again has made me angry as I have changed but yet I feel like TMP has made false promises. So quite rightly I have been making rude, sarcastic and nasty posts and comments as I feel it'd not equal how I'm being treated again. I recently asked to return to the support team as I felt I had improved and was doing alot better. It looked promising and I was really hoping it would work out. However, I was again declined because of my past history and recent posts. In all fairness I understand the recent ones happened and a majority of the posts were deleted by me within a few minutes of being posted because I realised that it wasn't nice to be posting. In addition as part of the return the previous manager is questioned about this. What I don't think is fair is that the ex-manager is entitled to an opinion when TMP has said it was not handled correctly and I have proven that it was not a legitimate kick. This manager quite clearly did not want me in the team and did everything to kick me. So why when they clearly have a personal issue with me they are entitled to give TMP their opinion on my return? Obviously if someone doesn't like you their going to stick with their opinion of no return regardless of my improvements. All of this doesn't help me in health when your speaking to staff who ignore you, tell you your not good enough and constantly try to heckle you. It's an awful way to treat people. So that's the story. Sorry for the TLDR but if anyone cares in TMP staff they might reconsider their approach to my situation when it comes to it. I really hope to return but I really wish I wasn't seen as the annoying troll that people keep saying I am.

This topic will contain an answer to that question and some general information that might interest you. First of all, being a game moderator isn't just about driving a police car. A few of you might be reading this topic solely to find out how to drive a police car. This version of the car is only reserved for staff members with game moderator permissions such as our game moderators, managers and developers. Driving a police car is not the main purpose of a game moderator (will be using "GM" as an abbreviation in this topic). It's only an additional perk of the rank. The duties of a GM are not just flying over the map and randomly kicking or banning users. The rank of a GM comes with a great responsibility. A GM deals with various duties on our website and in-game, including website reports, in-game reports and ban appeals, judging what is right and wrong. Every GM is chosen with great care to ensure maximum quality. As of January 2018, there is open GM recruitment, however there is no plan to open it very often. As you may have noticed, GM's are mostly selected from within our current team. To be specific, you need to join our team as another rank in order to get selected for a promotion to GM. Not everyone gets the promotion, there are various of reasons why they are not selected. If you join the team with the aim of being a GM, you are most likely to fail that. We want people to join our team with a big interest in their section of which they applied for. If you are doing well, a Game Manager might notice you and offer you a promotion if they are needing more GM's. It's your choice to accept or decline that if you prefer to remain in your current sub-team. Here is a summarary for the two different paths you could walk to become a GM, see below: Step 1 - Join the team as another rank (Support, Moderator, Media). Step 2 - Work hard, do your duties as you are supposed to and be nice. Step 3 - Offer by GMM to join GM on a trial period. The second option is the following: Step 1 - Make sure you have no bans, good forum activity and good behaviour Step 2 - Once GM recruitment opens, apply to join and make sure you fill your application out with good detail. Step 3 - Invite to an interview, chat with GMMs Step 4 - Training period with both GMMs and GMTLs. Step 5 - Trial Period of 2 months. Some tips and advice we can give you: - Never ask to become a GM, this decreases your chances to become one. - Don't contact anyone about your candidacy for a position as GM. - Don't join the team with the sole aim of being a GM, you will most likely fail to achieve this then. - Don't ask when other recruitments will open. + Do your best if you are selected for another role in the team, do your duties and get noticed in a good way. + Practise your skills of the English language, this will be your main language as GM. + Obey all rules on the forums and in-game, having a ban or warning point decreases your chances. + Be active on our forums, get known in our community and give others a positive impression about yourself. Some related questions Q: Do I need to have both ETS2 and ATS if I would be a GM? A: No, we recommend you do but this is not a requirement. Q: Is being friends with other staff members giving me an advantage? A: No, we select new GM's based on their activity, behaviour and skills. Everyone has an equal chance of being selected. Q: I'm not really interested in the forums, can I skip being a moderator first? A: No, we require you to participate in discussions and the community. It is important to know how our community works if you want to be on the TruckersMP team. Q: I'm never chosen in a recruitment, what can I do? A: Not much, free spots on our team are limited and many are interested in it. Try to improve and try again during another recruitment session. Q: I speak {language}, there are no other GM's who speak this language. Can I become GM right away? A: No, you still need to follow all steps involved. We are not giving someone the GM rank for the language only. Q: I have a question that is not mentioned here, who should I contact? A: Send your question to the feedback, we will try to answer your question as soon as possible.

Suggestion Name: Scania V8 sound (local mod) Suggestion Description: Allow V8 sound mod for local for those few who would choose that over the default engine sounds of ets2 sounds. Though I use a plugin sound thing for supposed "V8 sound" I'm starting a bit to get tired of it but I still choose it over default sounds. I would much rather have more a feel/sound of an actual V8 engine sound on my scania. Any example images: No images or video. But the files from this mod could be able to work if something was done to allow them. OBS: Focus only on the files in the "mod1" folder. http://www.ets2world.com/hilalimsin-save-file-v2-v8-engine-multiplayer-1-32-x-mod/ Why should it be added?: It should be added/allowed for those who has grown tired of the default sounds and really want something NEW to listen to when playing online. I love singleplayer don't get me wrong but it would just be more perfect that it would be allowed on multiplayer so we can enjoy it while playing together with friends or just make the time being on the servers a lot more enjoyable for each individual person who choose to get the sounds for their V8 trucks.

Hello @mra16r, As of right now there is not way to disconnect from TruckersMP using a hotkey. The only quicker way of doing it could be if you just typed quit into your developer console and it exits your game a little faster than just using the menu. Has the responses gave you an appropriate answer or do you have more questions, please let us know

Was wir vielleicht in Erwägung ziehen könnten, wäre eine Frage & Antwort Sektion, wo nur Teammitglieder antworten können. Dort kann man aber kein Thema bezüglich Spielprobleme o.Ä veröffentlichen sondern nur ganz normale Fragen rund um das Spiel zum Beispiel.

it was said that the devs have to have VR and they cant support VR and the normal versions and get it out in a timely manner same reason why mac isnt supported and the amount of people who has VR to the amount of people that dont its not worth the time info on it here the GM who commented mainly said its still in beta and there not enough people to benefit from it

ИМХО если вам не надо утром на работу/учёбу, то может и проще, а вот основной массе людей как раз наоборот. Тратить время на комп ночью перед работой/учёбой - это мягко говоря не самая лучшая идея.
