      My name is Erkan, but I am known in the gaming world as "Pistoncu Dayı." I was working as the Human Resources Manager at Anka Logistics, where I was responsible for managing the recruitment team. However, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I am now continuing in the human resources department.
       
       
       
      At 17 years old, I have developed strong leadership and organizational skills through my experiences in the gaming world. While gaining knowledge in human resources, I also place great importance on teamwork and communication.
       
       
       
      I have been playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) for many years and have been a part of the TruckersMP platform for 2 years. This is my second account, as I unfortunately lost my first one. Through ETS2 and TruckersMP, I have enhanced my leadership and collaboration skills by interacting with various players.
       
       
       
      In the future, I aim to continue developing myself in human resources and logistics. Additionally, I plan to participate in projects that strengthen team spirit in the gaming world, and contribute to the gaming community.

      Adım Erkan, ancak sektörde ve oyun dünyasında "Pistoncu Dayı" olarak tanınmaktayım. Anka Lojistik'te İnsan Kaynakları Müdürü olarak görev yapıyordum ve alımlardan sorumlu ekibin yönetimini üstleniyordum. Ancak, yaşanan bazı talihsiz gelişmeler sonrasında, insan kaynakları departmanında devam etmekteyim.
       
      17 yaşında olmama rağmen, oyun dünyasında kazandığım deneyimler sayesinde güçlü bir liderlik ve organizasyon becerisi geliştirdim. İnsan kaynakları alanında birikim sağlarken, aynı zamanda takım çalışmasına ve iletişime de büyük önem veriyorum.
       
      Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) oyununu uzun yıllardır oynamaktayım ve TruckersMP platformunda 2 yıllık bir geçmişim bulunuyor. Bu, benim ikinci hesabım olup, ilk hesabımı maalesef kaybetmiş bulunmaktayım. ETS2 ve TruckersMP dünyasında, farklı oyuncularla etkileşimde bulunarak hem liderlik hem de işbirliği yapma becerilerimi güçlendirdim.
       
      Gelecekte, insan kaynakları ve lojistik sektörlerinde kendimi daha da geliştirmeyi hedefliyorum. Ayrıca oyun dünyasında da, liderlik yaparak takım ruhunu pekiştiren projelere katılmayı ve oyuncu topluluklarına katkı sağlamayı planlıyorum.
