  2. Hello! ? I just wanted to post a quick update on the 1.37 port progress for those checking-in on this post. We are very close to a release now, with testing taking place in the team. Now at 95% completion, there is just some work needed on the CB Radio and Skoda vehicle, as well as fixing reported bugs found by the team. After this is complete, everything should be ready for release.? There is no estimated date yet, but as soon as it's ready, the update will be released.

If there are members in the community with the time, skills, knowledge, experience, and tools required to support the development of the multiplayer client, then they should seek joining the team as a Developer. Unfortunately, since the project began, there have only been around 3/4 developers that have been/are in the team that tick all of the boxes necessary to work on such a complex project.

  9. With the Operation Genoa Bridge event still ongoing and the bridge nearing completion, you may have noticed that Euro Truck Simulator 2 received a small update on Steam earlier today. Don't worry, we did not release the next update behind your back. It was actually a focused, small but important mini-update that deserves explaining. This 'rebalance package', as we like to call it, contains numerous sound improvements and adjustments. Our SFX team keeps working hard on sound improvements, the sound revolution in the update 1.37, and switch to the FMOD library was a critical junction but not the final destination for them. We received a ton of feedback from our community, and most of these changes come as a response to this input. It is quite possible that you can see further mini-updates in the future, outside of the big "point release" update cycle, as we continue to keep addressing your reports. Today's update carries a few SFX changes such as: Polished sound transitions (e.g. for both loaded and unloaded engine/rpm)Several new sound samples for AI vehiclesOverall re-balanced sounds, and volumesAnd more!As we said at the beginning of the year, we still have a long journey ahead in bringing better and more realistic sounds to our games in general. We know that with the help of our community, we can achieve our goal. Collectively, we have vast experience across the whole spectrum of vehicles and their specs. The Event Team is responsible for the planning, management and coordination of official events within the TruckersMP community. Your main focus will be coordinating the official monthly events, which take place towards the end of each month on Saturdays or Sundays from 18:00 UTC. You will be expected to assist with coordinating the occasional community created events, too, such as the Nut House Convoy for Twitch streamer Squirrel, and monthly convoys for Truckers.FM! Requirements Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least one month No bans within the last 12 months Must have no more than 3 bans Activity on either the forum or official Discord guild Must have overall good behavior, which includes in-game, forum, Discord, and our official social media pages Language skills - English is necessary; being bilingual will be an advantage. It can be a smaller size, it doesn't have to be that big.   15. wouldnt it be funny if you guys release your 1.37 patch and scs the same day the 1.38? i think that would be funny.. and some what tragic..i hope scs doesnt do anything complicated in the next few patches so its easyer for mwl to support it. love the status updates.. keep that up and going in the future please

Nós da administração tivemos alguns imprevistos durante o comboio, mas no fim, acabou dando tudo certo! Referente à nossa formação da logo, ficou sensacional! Agradeço e parabenizo ao @Dannic pela iniciativa! Nós mandamos muito bem e tenho certeza que causamos uma excelente impressão para todos aqueles que participaram do evento.   17. Hello @ClanishBeey, Thank you for using the forum to ask for any queries. As DarkMoon has given above, we are currently experiencing some problems in sending emails to certain providers. Therefore, I would recommend sending in a Support ticket in which you can create with your Steam account at : https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/createWithLogout . I would advise you to ask for your email to be changed to gmail until we fix the issue that we currently have, as it may take a while.   18. Some of our more eagle-eyed fans may have spotted, in a recent blog post showcasing our team's home work stations, a small teaser displayed on one of the desktops. Did you spot it? Whenever we manage to find spare capacity, we like to revisit a part of the existing world to improve upon our old work. Often it's a part of the training of a new map design team member. Sometimes, it's a concerted effort by our seniors to raise the quality of a particular location that we get a lot of heat about from the community. In an upcoming 1.38 update, Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world will be receiving a revamp to some of its road networks and surrounding scenery. So what changes can you expect to see? Let's take a closer look! One of the first things drivers might come across upon arriving is a new Interstate connection, which connects the I-15 to the I-11, known as the 515. This important route allows drivers to ultimately avoid driving through the city itself, which we are sure that any trucker with a tight delivery schedule will appreciate. A couple of important interstate junctions have also received an overhaul to their looks and road networks. The US-93 junction now features a more true to life layout; with the new option for drivers to exit and head into the city. The I-15 junction has also received a more up-to-date look to better represent what locals nickname 'The spaghetti bowl', and it's easy to see why! If you do decide to drive down Las Vegas Boulevard, you will see that this road been given a fresh redesign and that (most importantly for tourists), the 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign' is in the correct spot! This also features a new pedestrian island, where visitors can park and take a closer look at the world-famous sign. Truckers will also now find a truck stop located in Las Vegas, which has been redesigned to more accurately represent how tractors refuel from both sides of the vehicle. This new design will be eventually rolled out across more truckstops and gas stations in ATS, so keep an eye out for future blog posts talking about this topic! These are just some of the changes that are coming in 1.38 for Las Vegas, however, there are many more changes that are featured in this revamp. From new vegetation to more detailed ground textures and smoother road layouts, we can't wait for you to see it for yourself.   20. Calais to Duisburg Road: Information and Alternative Routes Hi! I’ve decided to write this thread as some advice for people who want to avoid the Calais to Duisburg road in ETS2, whether because you have a serious load you want to do, or if you just don’t like the chaos, or don’t have the time to sit and stare at a queue of traffic for ages- in this case, this is the thread for you! I want to note something before you continue reading: No, I’m not forcing you or others to take the following routes, these are here purely for your reference and you can still take the Calais>Duisburg road should you wish to. Of course, these won’t guarantee you won’t find trolls, but it should hopefully minimise the number of trolls you find on your way. If all you’re here for is to say “Oh, people will still take the Calais>Duisburg road anyway”, you’ve found the wrong thread to reply to. It’s also important to note that as of the latest ETS2 update, the GPS may take a longer but quicker route, so your job may not use the Calais>Duisburg road anyway. This means other alternative routes could end up busier due to GPS routing, so it’s often a good idea to check the traffic conditions here: ets2map.com (Live map of the servers) and https://traffic.krashnz.com/ (Traffic information) Also remember that the alternative routes are mostly motorways which have easier overtaking with 3 lanes, a hard shoulder to stop at, and frequent fuel stops and cities for truck repairs. "Excessive traffic" rules also don't normally apply here, as the motorways are mostly free flowing. First, I think it’s important for those who don’t know what I’m talking about to establish what is the Calais>Duisburg road and what are it’s characteristics? I’ve attached a screenshot of the map here: The Calais>Duisburg road is a country road, starting in France just outside Calais, through Belgium and into Germany, ending just outside Duisburg. It’s single carriageway all the way (One lane in each direction) and contains many bends and hills that can cause easily dangerous driving by those who are inexperienced. There are two small fuel stops, 2 junctions with motorways along the way and a train level crossing, which often causes crashes and queues. The main accident hit points are at these areas. Another important note: If you have an accident or get severe damage, it’s important to get moving as soon as possible. If you just need to repair, use the /fix command, or use F7 + Enter to teleport to the nearest service station. If you’ve tipped, flipped or landed on a roadside barrier, use F7 + Enter to teleport away, to make sure you’re out of the way and the road is made safe again. There are also some "Excessive Traffic" rules specifically made to deal with busy areas such as the Calais>Duisburg road, so take note of these: (Last updated: April 8th, 2018) This road attracts many players, often hundreds at a time. Therefore there’re lots of queues along the way. So therefore, alternative routes are good things to know about in case you need to take a serious load for World of Trucks, or for your VTC, etc. If you’re headed towards Duisburg from the north, you can use this route pictured: Continue on the motorway, past Brussels, towards Liege and Koln, past Dusseldorf and you’re into Duisburg. There’s also another way to Duisburg by going via Amsterdam, pictured here: If you’re going to Calais from the North, you can go via the Brussels>Lille country road, pictured here: Where you’ll rejoin the motorway towards Calais as if you were on the C>D road. If you have time, you could also go from Rotterdam to Calais via the UK, pictured here: Although do remember that the UK drives on the left side of the road, don't get caught making a small mistake! Hopefully, these helped you in some way and you’ve avoided the crowds of the Calais>Duisburg road. Have a safe trip!

Since the official release of 1.37 for American Truck Simulator (ATS) and Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) over a month ago, we have observed an influx of questions and frustration for multiplayer support on the latest version. Today, we wanted to reach out to the community to express our mutual thoughts around the situation, and to provide an insight into the current progress. A lot of effort has already gone into porting multiplayer to 1.37, and we would like to assure you that progress is being made daily. You will be happy to know that 1.37 is now in a 'working state', with 90% of the work complete. This is good news, as this means while using the latest version of ETS2 and ATS we can connect to our test servers. However, if there are unexpected bugs presented, this percentage can change at any time. There has been some speculation of the latest DLC 'FH Tuning Pack' causing a slow-down on the progress. Thankfully, this is not true, as the new DLC can be supported very quickly. However, what is causing a delay in progress is the newest sound engine (FMOD). This is a new core feature in the game, which has presented new challenges for our developers. Right now they are currently reimplementing the truck sounds, which is consuming 9% of the 10% remaining to complete the port to 1.37. The remaining 1% is for finalising other minor tasks. In an effort to answer some popular questions, we have listed our answers below. Of course, if there are additional questions you would like to ask, you are welcome to post it on our forum topic. We will monitor the topic over the next few days and answer them as soon as possible. When is multiplayer support for 1.37 expected to release? You may have seen it mentioned often that the 1.37 support is 'ready when it's ready', or 'it is coming soon'. We understand this is not helpful information to you, and it can be frustrating not being given any updates about it. The reason for this is because there are too many possible outcomes to promise a set date. Instead, we can only speculate on a rough time period. However, if things don't go as planned, this can be extended. Right now only the lead developer 'mwl4' has the knowledge, skills, and tools to prepare the port from 1.36 to 1.37. In addition to him working on the update, he has personal commitments in the real world. The whole team are supporting him to the best of our abilities, but we are limited to only minor tasks. Please remember that ETS2 and ATS are single-player games at their core, and having a working multiplayer for so many years is a feat of its own! We know a lot of you are losing patience, but supporting multiplayer takes an unbelievable amount of skill and time. How can I stay up to date with information about 1.37? We will ensure you are informed by keeping our social media channels and information regularly updated. You can check them out below: TruckersMP News | Development Announcements (forums) | Discord | Twitter | Instagram | Facebook I already upgraded to 1.37, how can I play on the multiplayer servers? As multiplayer does not support the 1.37 version yet, you will need to downgrade your game version. We have provided a guide on how to downgrade your games to 1.36 here: How to downgrade Why are you still focusing on large official events such as Real Operations V9, instead of working on 1.37? The TruckersMP Team consists of over 200 members. Each member has an area in the project to focus on. Official events are created by the Event Management and Event Team. They collectively spend thousands of hours to provide the community with fresh and exciting events. The multiplayer port to 1.37 is an effort the Developers focus on. Presently, only mwl4 and ShawnCZek work on the game client due to their skills and knowledge in that area. I have seen a lot of client updates recently, are they contributing towards 1.37? The updates you will have seen recently were primarily bug fixes and features required in general for the multiplayer mod. The target version for these updates was mostly for 1.36, however, some updates were made in preparation for 1.37. These updates were required and did not affect the 1.37 update progress. As Summer is approaching, will the Spring weather mod be removed? The Spring weather mod will be removed on the release of multiplayer support for 1.37. ProMods 2.46 is ready, will it be supported on 1.37? Initially, the ProMods servers will be offline for a few days until multiplayer support for 2.46 is ready. You can expect ProMods to return on version 2.46 shortly after the release of multiplayer on 1.37. Will the World of Trucks 'Operation Genoa Bridge' event be supported? As this event is only available in 1.37, it cannot be supported yet. If the event is still active when we support 1.37 then it will be available on multiplayer. Will the latest DLC 'FH Tuning Pack' be supported? Yes. We can support the FH Tuning Pack DLC very quickly, so you can expect this to be added in the initial update for 1.37. This concludes our development update for 1.37. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that continues to support the TruckersMP project. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we understand you are keen for the 1.37 multiplayer support.   26. You are right, all those savegame cheaters would just laugh about increased prices. I really hope they ban the Skoda from Sim Server or remove collisions for the car. It causes much more trouble then anything else when playing.

  27. I would agree to your suggestion IF we had a server-sided economy that makes it impossible to fiddle around with profiles (e.g. money-cheating). Right now, even a factor of 1.000.000 does not make sense as everybody can quickly change their amount of money.

  28. The initial intention was to release the port to 1.37 without the Skoda for a few days while it was being worked on, but that was completed by the Add-On Managers early. There are still more important things to do than the Skoda - which is not the reason for the long delay.

  31. 1.38 version will not be out anytime soon for any of the games. The fact that SCS started showing new content we should expect in the next game version does not mean it is going to be released soon, it will take them months to finish working on that update, another month for testing and only then it will be released, so I guess the next game update will be officially released around October. If SCS does not change a lot in the next game update, I am more than sure TruckersMP will release the support for that version pretty quickly. We need to understand that the only reason why support for 1.37 version was delayed that much is new sound mod known as FMOD.

Ostatecznie im więcej osób przeczyta, tym lepiej dla nas wszystkich jeżdżących po drogach na serwerach TMP. Co do nagrywania - mam za słaby sprzęt, nie nagrywam. Nie mam wiec za bardzo doświadczeń w tym temacie, którymi mógłbym się podzielić. To musiałby napisać ktoś, kto te narzędzia przetestował i ma jakąś praktykę co i jak, które lepsze, jak skonfigurować by jakość i wydajność były optymalne itp. Co do Adminów - mogłem coś pomylić. Sprawdzę przy najbliższej okazji (pewnie w weekend będzie jakiś międzyfirmowy w naszej VS, wtedy zwykle spotykam Adminów). Chyba, że któryś się z Adminów od razu napisze jak to jest z tą widocznością, wtedy będzie pewność od razu, bez czekania i sprawdzania. Oczywiście, gdybym się mylił, poprawię błąd.

Unsupported accessories - Using police accessories or any other unsupported items (Special Cargo DLC trailers for ETS 2 and ATS). Local Mods - Using local-only items such as sound and model accessories that use the /home directory (this does not include addon hookups). Too many trailers - Using a modified trailer combination with more than 3 parts for ETS2 or 5 parts for ATS will cause the server to kick you, regardless of location on the map. Negative cargo mass - Using a trailer with a mass lower than 0. Mixing vehicle items - Using car parts on a truck, truck parts on a trailer or car parts on a trailer, and vice versa for each case.   37. Fuel is not cheap everywhere. Efficent driving can save up a lot of money, especially useful when on a new profile. This guide is recommended for steering wheel users only. 1. Slower accelerating Pressing the gas pedal only 1/2 can help reducing the fuel consumption. It might take longer to get to speed. Recommeded: Pressing gas pedal 1/4-1/2 only. 2. Low RPM Staying at low rpm reduces fuel consumption aswell. Most trucks have a small blue mark on the RPM gauge. As seen in the image above, the first and second truck has this blue mark. It is recommended to shift up to the next gear when approaching the blue mark. As seen on the very right picture, there is no blue mark. It is best to shift up between the green and red mark, ~2000-2500 RPM. The skoda does not have a mark. I mostly shift up at 3000 RPM. Try to never exceed 3000 RPM for best fuel consumption and still having a decent acceleration speed. 3. No cruise control Cruise control tends to increase the fuel consumption. I recommend to drive without cruise control, but for long routes it is still better to use cruise control AND to shift up to get low RPM. 4. Slow braking When you approach a red traffic light, get on the clutch and brake just a bit slowly. That way you will not loose much speed, and if in time the traffic light turns green you do not have to accelerate again. Sometimes, this trick does not work and you have to brake hard when being near the traffic light. But in most cases, if you do this early, you can save yourself the acceleration time! Simply, your goal is to keep the RPM low and keep the acceleration low. That way you will succeed and save up fuel!

Suggestion Name: Replace Pilot Car Skin Suggestion Description: Some new pilot skins should be created for the scout car, that replace the wording 'Pilot' with 'Abnormal Load', 'Long Vehicle', 'Convoy Escort', 'Escort Vehicle', etc. Any example images: N/A Why should it be added?: The current 'Pilot' wording is slightly ambiguous and does not accurately show the purpose of the vehicle. Less generic wording, such as those listed above, more accurately describe the purpose that the vehicle is being used for. Not only does this (hopefully) encourage more professional use by players, but it also gives other players a better idea of the hazard that lies ahead. I believe that the simple act of adding a few new skins (using the current design, but with different wording) would help the pilot car better perform it's function and would hopefully encourage players to use the vehicle in a more professional manner.
