It literally makes no difference. We don't reserve the CPU resources when starting a server, so unless it actually reaches 500 players it won't use the resources required to host 500 players. 500 is just a simple default-ish number we use occasionally for event servers and similar.

Just to specify one thing: When I say full support, I mean on the level of having a TMP economy which is partially based around VTCs etc. It's likely we'll do things step by step, so you can see parts of a system being done before we start doing the next part, i.e. working on balancing server side job rewards before we start storing peoples earnings in a server side "bank account".

We had some synchronization as a test at one point, iirc, and a lot of people didn't really like it. It didn't take into account the local climate in different positions in the game, etc. It's not impossible we might do some weather synchronization in the future, but for now, don't hold your breath on it. Real weather in game and such would be pretty cool though (<-- in my opinion)

Hi, macOS is indeed unsupported and probably won’t be supported (At least while ETS2 is being updated regularly by SCS) You can get round this by using a VM (This offers somewhat low performance), or you can use Boot Camp to dual bot with a Windows partition (And use the Option key to select which upon startup). Suggestion Name: Party System for American Truck Sim. Suggestion Description: Ive recently started to play on your server and found it really fun to see other truckers. I got my friend to get the game being really exited because I thought it would be so fun to travel on the same routes as him. I found out soon after that it's EXTREAMLY hard to find the same route as my friend, so I figured it would be helpful to all with this same issue if there was a way to get into a sort of "party" with your friend and the "party" leader could select the route that you and your friend would do. The route that the party leader selects shows up on everyone gps so everyone can do the mission. Any example images: None Why should it be added?: It should be added because I'm sure others run into this same exact issue when playing on your server. It would make everything with a friend so much less difficult for groups of players on your server, making it more popular in the long run and expanding how long people play. Hello, Why do we get negative ratings on our reports from the calais-duisburg area? Aren't we helping the community by reporting the rammers and hackers? I feel bad because I have to report swearing and wrong way drivers to make up for all the negative ratings I receive. If my reports follow the rules and guidelines, how come I get negative rating just because they are from the calais-duisburg area? And why is the rating system not public? Why do we have to ask the feedback if we want to know the ratings on our report? Isn't the whole idea behind the rating system is to give the users feedback whether their reports are "good" or not? Hello, The developers are aware of this issue and they are currently working on a fix. The issue is that the automatic gearbox has got a bug on it. The solution to sort this out will be to use a manual gearbox or H-Shifter if possible. Best regards.

Maybe is the simple answer to that. When it comes to VTCs, full VTC support and systems will likely wait for a little while, until we are closer to a full economy/game system, and decisions about what perks VTCs can get will be made closer to that time. It's likely to be a few restrictions on getting skins like that though, depending on limitations in server capacity etc.

Hello. I guess you mean around 8 mbps up and down whits in my ears sounds quite low and could potential be the reason. Have you tried on several different servers like Europe1,2,3,4 and South Africa and United States as it could be the connection to a specific server. Do this happen everytime you play mp and immedietly or after awhile and if so after how long? Also do you have access to any other way of getting internet ex tru another router that you could test to see if that might help? But i am not happy to say this but i belive its due to your internet and i can't find any other reason and you can't play mp like that either as @Pillow_ said in the quote below.

Actually we do patrol,only sometimes with our cars. Most of us do it with the freecam over C-D.

Estimado @alejandroyaci, No entiendo bien este tópico debido a que en caso de que esto sea una empresa de Ets2/Ats debe ser publicada en el subforo adecuado que sería el subforo: Compañías. Por otro lado si esto se trata de una crew de GTA V te has equivocado de foro/juego, esto se trata de un simulador y no de una crew de GTA V. Witajcie Truckersi! Jak wiecie, mieliśmy zespół tłumaczy który miał być osobnym Teamem aby pomóc w tłumaczeniach. Ta drużyna miała tłumaczyć Reporty, Apelacje, Poradniki i Feedbacki. Niestety, czas pokazał że to nie działało tak jak zamierzaliśmy. Nie było tak dużo rzeczy do tłumaczenia, i spodziewaliśmy się, że team będzie bardziej wykorzystywany. Dla Tureckich tłumaczy zawsze było dużo do roboty. Jednak dla kogoś kto mówił w innym języku, to już nie było tak dużo tłumaczeń. Te najważniejsze poradniki jak i wątki które się znajdują już na forum, są dostępne w różnych językach, dlatego nie dało się nigdzie dla nich znaleźć czegoś do roboty. Oni po prostu wypełniali miejsca, jeżeli czegoś potrzebowaliśmy raz lub dwa razy w tygodniu. W tym wypadku, ostatnio wewnętrznie dyskutowaliśmy potrzebę zatrzymania tej drużyny. Doszliśmy do wniosku, że jest zbędna - Reszta Teamu może pomagać w tłumaczeniach, tak jak już to robi z powodzeniem. Poza tym, Team Tłumaczy nie wydaje się bardzo przyciągający, i dostawaliśmy jedynie parę stron aplikacji. Większość z nich nawet nie spełniała podstawowych wymagań. Jest to smutne, i często widzieliśmy, że osoba za każdym razem tylko aplikowała z nadzieją na dostanie mówiąc w tak drastyczny sposób 'Policyjny Radiowóz'. Pomijając to, Team zostanie usunięty ze wszystkich naszych serwisów tzn. Forum, Strony jak i Discordu. Tłumacze już nie będą osobną drużyną. Ponieważ obecne osoby posiadające tę rolę mają już inne drużyny, do których należą, to zostaną przeniesieni do drużyny CMT i Supportu pozostając w ich innych drużynach (Dla przykładu, drużynie Events). Głownie, to tylko odznaka Tłumacza zostanie odebrana. Jeżeli się martwicie co się stanie z Anriandorem, liderem zespołu Tłumaczy, Jako Community Manager zostanie na tej pozycji i będzie kontynuował ze zwykłymi obowiązkami które przez ostatni miesiąc wykonywał. Na koniec, naprawdę mam nadzieję że to zrozumiecie, będę do dyspozycji jeżeli byście mieli jakieś dalsze pytania lub uwagi. É mais que certo que não seria algo fácil de aceitar ou de acostumar, afinal, muitas pessoas foram praticamente obrigadas a se readaptarem a uma realidade um pouco diferente. Também concordo quando fala que vai despertar em casos o interesse por outros motores, vemos muito 750, 730 (...) Motores com bastante potência nas mãos dos jogadores, não que eu tenha alguma coisa contra quem usa esses motores, todos somos livres para fazer nossas escolhas, mas não são muitas pessoas que sabem quão prazeroso é usar um motor menos potente, seguir viagem em uma velocidade agradável (raramente passando do limite da via) apreciando detalhes na paisagem que passam despercebidos quando abusamos da velocidade. Pode até não ser um serviço expresso, de urgência, mas sem dúvida é de tirar o fôlego passar pelas paisagens que o jogo traz em uma velocidade baixa identificando uma riqueza em detalhes. Se bem que a cada maneira de jogar traz suas paisagens.

Respeito seu posicionamento e não direi que o mesmo está certo ou errado, todavia justamente por simular que a SCS fez o que fez, note que na vida real as fabricantes não fazem veículos para se limitarem a uma velocidade X, algumas implementam chips que podem limitar a velocidade porém podem ser removidos à gosto do motorista ou política da transportadora. Concordo quando fala que quem quer simular deve se preparar tal como, porém, não necessariamente com um motor mais fraco. Andar em alta velocidade, mesmo para motoristas mais experientes, sempre trará mais risco e vulnerabilidade para acidentes, não que quem segue uma velocidade mais controlada estará livre, mas é fato que deverá ter uma probabilidade menor de provocar acidente e terá mais chances de desviar em situações de risco. Para mim, limitar a 150 km/h ou a 100 km/h não fará muita diferença, costumo seguir em 90% os limites estabelecidos pela via, raramente passo de 90 km/h e isso não é por não saber dirigir mas por tentar trazer um pouco mais de prudência já que não é segredo que a maioria dos jogadores não conseguem ter uma prudência no trânsito. --- Saudações, Luther

Dear players, With our latest patch, we included a global speed limiter to all servers. Apart from our simulation servers, all other servers are now limited too. The maximum speed of non-simulation servers is now 150 kph (93 mph). We noticed that many accidents and instances of reckless driving were caused by driving at high speeds, so this is an attempt to reduce that and to improve the in-game experience of all our players. While we know some of our players are true professionals, we feel this decision was necessary. We appreciate the feedback from our players. However, this time we decided not to ask for the feedback and opinions of our players as we sometimes have to decide our own path and future. We want to push simulation to TruckersMP and this decision has been made to be in line with our objective. (example) clan tag (leader) hinter 1520 the clan leaders or Co-leader of the clan can kick or ban the clan members. you can see all of your members and you can promote and kick them, and you can see whether they are online or offline. How can you join a clan? with a link that works with world of trucks.
