    You don't need to report the user, because the user is not actually aware he got hacked. He didn't sent the message on purpose as a owner but actually it was sent by a bot.

    Hey BlackSkill, I'm guessing you are trying to use the Russian plate or something else? Edit: Give it some time to update, it won't update instantly.

    I have the same problem and i don't use any mods. I think SCS did something with the game and it keeps doing that. I don't have any solutions for it, i just avoid SP if i don't it. I believe it could be the time difference between the server and single player but i'm not entirely sure.

    FPS perfomance has nothing to do with our mod. It's how SCS has designed the game and unfortunately that's the effect that you get on MP especially if you don't have a decent PC. Also there was a perfomance update in the previous week which helped some people stop freezing every 30 seconds.
