9 TIPS FOR CD ROAD The road goes from Calais to Duisburg and is 450 km long. Usually it can be very crowded and busy. And if you are someone who likes traffic, this might be the right place to drive. Here are my tips. BE PATIENT: Might sound very confusing as a tip but trust me... You need a lot of patience since many truckers are trolling and/or ramming just for fun and to ruin everyone else's experience. QUICKSAVE: In case you get involved in an accident you can load the last autosave (Every 5 mins). It's very useful, but not as useful as quicksaving: First set a keybind for quicksave in settings. Then when you feel something really bad is going to happen, you press the key to quicksave. It will spawn you in the position where you quicksaved with 10 sec of ghost mode. Please do yourself and others a favour... Before quicksaving pull over and then you can quicksave. If you quicksave in the middle of the road, you'll spawn in the middle of it and other players can easily think you are not in ghost mode and therefore they'll swerve and probably crash. (Doesn't work with external contracts). DON'T GO FASTER THAN 80-90 KM/H: Usually there are traffic jams in this road. If you go fast and there's a queue of people, you probably wo't have enough time and space to come to a stop. Therefore you'll crash into the trucker in front of you (and probably you'll get recorded and banned :P). DON'T HORN INSISTENTLY DURING TRAFFIC: It's annoying and won't help the traffic to flow and as a matter of fact people will get bothered and may even rec you! USE HAZARD LIGHTS WHEN YOU ARE THE LAST IN A QUEUE: It's not necessary but it's a nice way to tell the player behind you that there's a traffic jam ahead. PRETEND THAT THE ROAD IS LIKE ANY OTHER ROAD IN GAME: Drive normally. when you need to stop you can pull over and let the others go. Follow the rules and the signs. Use the blinkers... IF YOU GET BORED READ THE CHAT: Sometimes chat can be silly, funny and all s**t going on at the same time :P. BE NICE (OR BAD) TO OTHERS: If someone got rammed don't horn him (it's not his fault!). If someone wants to enter the road let him in. If someone uses high beam on you because you are "slow" tell them to go to play arcade mode. If someone is begging pardon because he accidentaly crashed with you, just write "no problem", "it's okay" and so on. CB RADIO: The CB radio is basically the voice chat. If you are easily bothered by people blowing on their mics, people speaking a language that you don't know, people blasting bass boosted music or just hearing voices you can turn it off in the multiplayer settings. IN THE ROAD YOU CAN FIND: 3 Gas Stations 1 Train crossing Many intersections Lots of curves (some are a bit dangerous) A lot of people This is the first content I upload. Nearly Everybody knows the Steering Trailers from the Heavy Cargo DLC/Special Transport DLC. Off Course, These Trailers are a bit more Difficult to Drive than "normal" Trailers In this Guide, i want to give a short Overview about the common Accident Risks and how to Avoid them. Accident Risks: - Those Trailers are Large and Heavy. There a Many Blindspots. - You have a Longer Branking Distance Because of the sheer mass of the Trailer. - Roadside Obstacles and Oncoming Traffic. Some Cargo is wider than the trailer. - The back end cuts out and could Hit Oncoming Traffic while the Inner side of the Trailer Could hit Signs/Traffic Light at Intersections. General Tipps: - A Defensive Driving Technique should be Used when Handling Oversized/Heavy Loads - Trailers like These aren´t Designed to go Fast. 80 kph/50 mph is enough. - Some Trailers exceed the weight of 60 Tonnes. Expect massive deceleration when going Uphill. - You have a extended stopping distance because of the weight. - Overtaking is very Dangerous and should definitely be avoided. - Try to Allign the Center of The Trailer with the Center of the Lane you are Driving On When you do that, you make sure that you dont get out of your lane. - Take wide Turns Pay attention to oncoming traffic or signs/traffic lights. At the same time you have to be careful that you do not touch anything with the side facing the roadside If oncoming Traffic allows this, use the Opposite Lane to Turn. If not, then Start the Turn when reaching The Center of the Lane (marked Yellow in the Picture Below) you are about to enter. When in Doubt: wait untill Traffic has cleared the Intersection! - Take extra Care in Narrow Spots Don´t speed trough Toll-Booths or Construction sites. Take your Time and be shure that the center of the Trailer is Aligned with the Center of the Lane you´re Driving on. In some Construction Sites, it can be Practical to block both Lanes (shown in the Picture Below). So you have enough Distance to the Barriers and, if you accidentally swerve, you do not hit any vehicles that are trying to overtake you. (Before you do that, Check that there is no Fast Traffic behind you and No Vehicle next to you.) Advanced Tips: Highway On/off-Ramps: Especially difficult to drive are some highway exits. Because of their design, they are sometimes extremely tight. Entering: When entering a highway on this Particular Layout, Do NOT use the Turn-Only Lane. Proceed slowly on the Straight Lane untill you reach the Center of the Lane you are about to Enter (marked Yellow). Exiting: Approach as far as possible the guardrail: - If you want to go to the Left, approach the left Guardrail. - If you want to go to the Right, approach the right Guardrail. Proceed untill you reach the Center of the Rear Lane (marked yellow), then start the Turn in the desired Direction. If you follow these simple tips, nothing should go wrong Please be aware that these are my experiences. It takes a lot of practice, Experience and regular training to master these Trailers. Sooner or later, you will develop your own technique to handle these Loads. This Guide is about Basic Knowledge when working with Steering Trailers. In other situations, other techniques may be more helpful. What should I do when I meet an Oversized Vehicle?: - A Defensive Driving Technique should be Used when meeting Oversized/Heavy Loads. - Drive as far as possible on the roadside. - When neccesary, sop your Vehicle before Obstacles, such as Tunnels, Construction Sites and Guardrails. - On small Country-Roads or Two-Lane-Roads, Do not overtake either the escort vehicles nor the truck itself. - Remember that the Back-end Cuts out and could Hit you.

Suggestion Name: Skoda SuperB Remaking Part 2 Suggestion Description: Hi. First of all, the current car we have has a lot of bugs. Considering FMOD coming soon with rollable windows, the car should get its next improvement update. I have summed up here some ideas that will make more fun driving the vehicle. - besides the caravan, a roofbox (image included) - adding the SCS Truck paintjobs for the car aswell, for more customization especially for company cars - More rims (can be taken from SCS AI vehicles aswell) (inspired by local-savegame editing where you can saveedit AI tires onto the car) - rollable windows for both sides - fixing windscreen wipers - More interior customization, such as hanging toys, navigation, and so on - A normal trailer where you can haul boxes, small cars,.. Any example images: Yes, roofbox: (roofbox is private mod) Why should it be added?: The ideas mentioned above are partly adding more realism, but the paintjobs and interior customization add more customization possibilities for the players aswell. Having the same, clear interior everywhere is getting annoying! The roofbox is also a great travelling (holidays) add-on besides the caravan aswell, considering the caravan is a bit wobbly when driving on the highway. Windscreen wipers and rollable windows are I believe self-explainable. And for anyone thinking, it's a truck simulation game, yes, that's true, but the car is a great addon to the highways only filled with trucks! I would personally like more variarity of vehicles on the highway, and not only the same looking trucks. The car is great for roleplaying or chilling and driving, and I feel the ideas mentioned above could improve the experience. PS.: For my personal skoda mod, I improved the engine power to make the acceleration better. However, considering trolls, I have my doubts that this will happen anytime in TMP.

Do you have occasional freezing issues that so far you have not been able to fix? When game hangs you are unable to ALT F4, your task manager can't be viewed since ETS has priority of being forward as a window and your only answer is either turning off the system or logging off? Not anymore. Handy program called SuperF4 does wonders. When you usually terminate program, even in Task manager it tries to close it in safe and polite manner. The thing is often times it has unfinished driver or conflicting I/O process in a mix. To combat that you can use ALT F4 in same manner as you did before, but this time with a help of SuperF4. Installation is easy. This is link that takes you to SuperF4 site. It takes you to site where you click on blue download v1.4 and the rest is simple installation process. This program is not limited to ETS, your windows experience will also be enriched with this awesome small tool in a toolbox.

Hallo, dieser Beitrag wurde erstellt um einige Tipps und Hinweise zum korrekten Einstellen und Kalibrieren eures Lenkrad zu geben. In diesem Fall geht es um das Logitech Driving Force GT. Um die Installation und das Kalibrieren eures Lenkrad korrekt ausführen zu können, folgt bitte den unten aufgeführten Punkten. Ganz unten im Beitrag findet ihr Hilfe dazu, wie ihr 900° bei eurem Lenkrad wiederherstellen könnt. 1. Programm und Installation Um gut funktionieren zu können, benötigt euer Lenkrad ein Programm, z.B. “Logitech Profiler", das könnt ihr von dieser Seite herunterladen: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360024699474-Downloads-Driving-Force-GT . Dieses Programm erlaubt euch das Lenkrad entsprechend eurer Wünsche in verschiedenstens Spielen einzustellen. Klickt “Download now”. Danach öffnet sich evtl. ein Fenster, wo ihr entscheiden könnt wo die heruntergeladene Datei gespeichert wird. Sobald die Datei am ausgewählten Ort gespeichert ist, öffnet sie. Daraufhin wird euch der Installationsassistent durch die Installation führen. 2. Profil und Kalibration Nun müsst ihr das installierte Programm ausführen. Dort befindet ihr euch dann auf der Startseite des Programms. Um das Lenkrad für das jeweilige Spiel einzustellen, öffnet den PROFIL Reiter und klickt dann NEW... Ein Fenster öffnet sich, dort müsst ihr den Installationspfad des Spiels auswählen, indem ihr auf “Browse” klickt. In diesem Fall ist das C \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Euro Truck Simulator 2 \ bin \ win_x86 \ eurotrucks2.exe. Denkt daran den Namen unter euer Profil zu schreiben. Am einfachsten ist es, das Profil nach dem jeweiligen Spiel zu benennen. Nun geht zu OPTIONS und dann zum GLOBAL DEVICE SETTINGS Reiter, dieser beinhaltet Einstellungen mit denen ich euer Spielprofil anpassen könnt. Ihr könnt auch ein Profil für zwei verschiedene Spiele nutzen. Wenn ihr ein Profil extra für ETS2 habt, könnt ihr dieses auch für ATS nutzen. Wenn ihr möchtet, könnt ihr auch spezielle Einstellungen an euren Profilen vornehmen. Dazu müsst ihr nur “EDIT” anklicken und dann “SPECIFIC GAME SETTINGS”. 3. Lenkrad im Spiel Ihr könnt euer Spiel entweder so starten wie gewohnt oder über den Profiler. Ihr könnt es starten, indem ihr “Play (Spielname)” auswählt. In diesem Fall ist das “Play ETS”. Das Spiel über den Profiler zu starten bringt euch jedoch nur in den Einzelspieler. Leider ist es über Profiler nicht möglich TruckersMP zu starten. Ihr müsst TruckersMP also wie gewohnt über den Launcher starten. Nachdem Spielstart und nachdem ihr euer Profil ausgewählt und es fertig geladen hat befinden wir uns im Hauptmenü des Spiels. Hier geht ihr nun zu OPTIONEN, dort wählt ihr STEUERUNG. Hier könnt ihr das Driving Force GT auswählen. Die Werte könnt ihr jeweils mit den Schiebern anpassen. Wenn ihr das so genannte Force Feedback einstellen möchtet, wählt die “Feedback Technology” Option. Dies kann außerdem in den Optionen (GLOBAL DEVICE SETTINGS angepasst werden. Achtung!!! 1. Falls das Lenkrad trotz der oben aufgeführten Anleitung nicht auf 900° eingestellt ist, setzt die Einstellungen zurück (auf Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen) im STEUERUNG Menü von ETS2 oder bei Tastenbelegung. 2. Habt ihr den PC gestartet, das Spiel betreten und euer Lenkrad hat trotzdem nur 180°? Mit den unten aufgeführten Schritten könnt ihr es problemlos innerhalb von einer Minute einstellen. Alles was ihr braucht ist unten beschrieben. Öffnet das Programm “Logitech Profiler”, klickt auf den Device Reiter und dann Game Controllers... Klickt in dem Fenster was erscheint auf Properties. Ein weiteres Fenster mit dem Namen “Properties: Logitech Driving Force GT” wird sich öffnen. Klickt in diesem Fenster auf Settings. Wir haben nun das Settings Fenster vor uns, dieses werden wir zusammen mit den anderen Fenstern die wir geöffnet haben wieder schließen. Nachdem ihr das Spiel betreten habt sollte euer Lenkrad wieder 900° haben. 3. Manchmal müsst ihr den oben genannten Schritten nicht folgen. Ihr könnt das Spiel minimieren, auf Logitech Profiler klicken und wieder in das Spiel gehen. Hierbei handelt es sich lediglich um eine Übersetzung. Den Original Beitrag von @JJay findet ihr hier.

Ce matin je conduis tranquillement, je croise un collègue de la route, comme à mon habitude petit appel de phare suivit d'un petit coup de claxon. Et là..... grand moment de solitude ! ? Sur le coup j'avais l'air c** ! Bon.. après j'en ai fait un jeu histoire de faire rire les autres que je croisais ! Hola @JCM_PROJECT_ARGENTINA La opción del cansancio del juego está desactivada por defecto en los servidores de TruckersMP debido a que el aumento de este provoca que la conducción sea más imprecisa y poder interferir en los demás jugadores, de ahí la desactivación de esta opción en TruckersMP. Para que te salgan trabajos debes dormir, viajar al taller, viajar entre garages o usar puertos, asi se resetea el sistema de cargas del juego. Un saludo.

Petit message pour vous dire que je viens d'installer le mod printemps ( valide pour le online ) et vraiment je le trouve super beau ! quelques bugs sur certaines routes mais en général je le trouve bien réussit ! Quand au mod HDR, je ne sais pas si c'est l'effet placebo ou pas... mais je trouve mon jeu beaucoup plus fluide et joli lorsque je roule ! Le mode nuit aussi très bien et beaucoup plus réaliste au niveau du rendu du ciel ! Bref, je vous fais juste partager une bonne sensation de jeu vis à vis de ces mods ! Donc n'hésitez pas à aller faire un tour afin de les utiliser !!

Ya lo solucioné. Después de varias vueltas y cosas conseguí entrar. Muchas gracias. Si alguien tiene el mismo problema q pruebe a cambiar contraseña y/o que busque un teclado anglosajón. Ahora mi duda es... ¿Si tengo mods y skins de steam puedo tener problemas con eso?. El juego online se carga bien sin los mods pero viendo el incendio que esto puede crear en el juego he decidido crearme otro perfil solo para el online. No sé si es necesario todo eso y si puedo jugar con mods y todo en steam y luego pasarme al multi sin problemas con la mismo perfil. Mi idea es jugar con los mods ( buscando más realismo, no trampas) cuando este en el juego offline. Gracias. PD: También pretendo instalar algún mod de camiones rusos y mapas.
