      My Journey to Becoming an Event Staff 🚛✨
      When I first joined TAMIL PASANGA VTC as a trainee, I was honestly an introvert—quiet, hesitant, and even a little scared to talk to my fellow drivers. But our Founder, POWERFUL GAMING, encouraged me right from the start. He told me not to be shy, that this community is open and welcoming, and that I should feel free to speak up and get to know everyone. Those words gave me the confidence to slowly open up.

      As I got more exposed to the TruckersMP community, I began to understand how VTCs operate, how convoys are hosted, and how events bring people together. I found myself fascinated by the process—how an idea turns into a convoy with proper planning and coordination. Driven by curiosity, I asked my Founder about it, and he patiently explained everything:
      How to create an event on the TruckersMP event page How to design parking slots for other VTCs before departure How to invite VTCs to join our convoy That guidance sparked something in me. I asked him if I could take on the responsibility of becoming an Event Staff, and he trusted me enough to approve it.

      At first, things weren’t easy. Many VTCs rejected our convoy invitations for different reasons, and I even felt like giving up. But once again, my Founder stood by me. He reminded me that rejections are normal when you’re starting out, and that persistence is the key. His support motivated me to keep going.

      So I searched deeper, reached out to more VTCs, and eventually, they began accepting our invitations. That moment of success made me truly happy—it showed me the value of patience and determination.

      Now, I’m proud to say that I’ve not only grown into my role as Event Staff but also started connecting with other Event Staffs across the TruckersMP community. Many of them now know me, and it feels like an honor to be recognized in this space.
      I’m deeply grateful to my Founder for giving me this opportunity, and I feel proud to represent my VTC as an Event Staff. This journey has taught me resilience, teamwork, and the joy of building something meaningful for the community.
