I agree with this suggestion. In fact, this suggestion could be expanded on to prevent unnecessary reporting. Some users report other players even when there are no violations. This can actually waste the moderator's time. Also, it's a very important suggestion to include the outcome of a report. For example, if there is a real violation and the report is ignored despite being reviewed, that would be a bad situation. Or, if a report is made unnecessarily, the user could be informed of this.

I disagree with this suggestion. Someone who is already banned will see the ban information on the login screen and won't be able to log in. The image in the suggestion shows a banned person trying to log in with a second account. So, he/she is actually trying to circumvent the ban. However, he/she should know that he/she can appeal the ban and which rules led to the ban. A responsible user wouldn't try to log in with a second account in the first place.
