Even if I like the idea behind this, I don't think it's needed, since mostly our Report Moderators are dealing with Web-Reports and they can't do in-game reports. This would make your idea kinda useless to be honest. But as I said, I like the idea on it's own.

Usually I'm in-game for like 5-6h each day. I'm driving for 4h and I do my tasks the rest of the time.
