From what I can tell you, we will never need less report moderators, because regardless of whether we have such a system or not, there will never be less web reports, as thousands of players report others every day. As much as I would like to, I am not permitted to provide you with any figures. However, if you have submitted several reports throughout the year, you will have noticed that there are times when it takes approximately three days for your report to be processed, but there are also times when it takes up to three weeks. Unfortunately, even with the system for which you are sharing the idea here, this will not change. If you would like to know more about how we moderators work, you are welcome to submit a feedback ticket to Game Moderation Management and ask them. There is no guarantee that you will receive more information, but it is worth trying. If you receive more insight from management in this regard, you can develop your idea further and you will realise that the idea, as you want to implement it, will not even come close to achieving your desired result.

I don't like this at all. 1) If a user is violating multiple rules at once, they're getting banned for a longer period of time. - What if a user got banned 3 times with your "punishment history" in which they intentionally rammed into other players and now get's banned for a small mistake? Do you think extending this ban to 60 days(according your example) is fair? I don't think so, not at all. 2) Report Moderator have to look into way more if your idea will be implemented at some point. This results in more time per report and therefore the team will take longer with all the reports. 3) Even if this idea will be accepted, now matter how, it will cost Game Moderation Management a lot of time on how they implement it, which causes other, more important things, to set to pause. Over all, I like the main idea behind it but this wouldn't be a good thing to do.
