      What do You think my chances are of becoming a mod one day in ETS2? 😅  Rate me 🙈
       
      Must be at least 16 years old; (I'm 27)
      Must be registered on the TruckersMP website for at least 1 year; (6 years)
      Must be familiar with TruckersMP and its rules; (yup)
      Must be sufficiently proficient in written English; (I believe I am)
      Must be able to accept constructive criticism; (business is business, personal is personal, I get it)
      Must be eager to learn and want to progress your knowledge; (forever learner)
      Must be organised and adaptive; (of course)
      Must be resilient, active and flexible; (of course)
      Must be able to work within in a team as well as on your own; (teamwork makes the dream work, baby!)
      Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication; (sure)
      Must have no forum/Discord bans or punishments within the last 12 months; (sure)
      Must have no game bans in the last 12 months; (sure)
      Must have no more than 3 game bans in the last 24 months; (sure)
      Must have good behaviour across our communication channels; (of course)
      Must have good communication skills. (I work with people in real life, so I believe I know how to 'feel out' a person.)
       
      [Hard and soft skills that are considered a plus when we consider applications, but are not mandatory requirements]:
      Good knowledge of the TruckersMP rules; (sure)
      Being able to understand multiple languages fully; (sure, I can understand 2, or more if you include Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia as three separate languages, then in that fact, I know 4 languages (including English within those 4).
      Previous moderation experience with provable examples in similar communities. (I was an admin on Rust creative server of many players Unicorn Creative for long time, and I used to be admin on Minecraft server in Croatia before and I know how to use commands and how they operate intuitively, I always gave players every chance to apologize or make deals right if they did something wrong (example: made houses in nazi shape, etc..) and I would always pick being fair and tolerable/understanding, than be lazy/abuse my power in any way I'd like to fit my needs. Teamwork makes the dream work!
