I am also a budget gamer with a GTX 1050, and so I am slowly entering the world of 900p gaming on newer titles as those get more graphically demanding over time. 

Given that I can't really afford an upgrade either, I can understand you there as well.  

Well, ban-related posts and status updates are no surprise to me since I have dealt with quite a few of them when I was a Community Moderator on the forums, but at the same time it's interesting hearing some ridiculous things they try to make up in their posts...

Hello there Lavr_san,

Most people who use the CB radio in-game talk on Channel 19 which is the default channel, and to engage in a conversation you just press the PTT button which is the "X" button to start chatting.

 

Technically if you have a laptop with a built in mic you can chat on the CB radio but it's not recommended due to the large echo that you might receive on your end.

Information in ban appeals are only to be generally discussed between the friend himself and the GM that banned him since the ban affects just your friend and not you in this case, however if your friend is unfamiliar with the ban appeal system, tell him to go to the appeal system at http://truckersmp.com/appeals.

Hello there SlayerPencil,

 

First of all to clear up any misconceptions, you are able to change your tag from the client whilst you are banned (as shown within your video) through the log-in screen, you don't need to do anything else afterwards as your new tag will show up right away the next time you log-in to the game.

 

Since this is about your current ban, I am going to lock this status as there is no need to talk about it further here - I would advise you to appeal your ban through the appeal system if you haven't done so already, or wait patiently until the GM gets back to you on your response if you have appealed your ban.

Hello there Stuart,

 

You can take a double trailer to Calais, this is to allow drivers without DLCs to cross to and from the UK, however doubles and double trailer HCTs are not allowed on C-D road and in parts of Germany and France as well as the entirety of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

And by the way, just to clarify, you do already have the option to take doubles if you have the Scandinavia DLC installed, the option to take HCTs require the Baltic DLC because these can only be taken from Finland.

First of all, I would like to tell you that if you want to report people on the website, you're definitely in the wrong place. Let me point you to the right place to start off with for future reference - here.

 

Now, if you wish to report someone for blocking or ramming, you need to have video evidence for those offences as screenshots do not show the full picture of the situation. If you have a low-end system, you can try game-capture programs such as PlaysTV that don't see much of an impact on your processing power while recording at lower resolutions, for higher-end PCs I would use Shadowplay or AMD ReLive or OBS depending on your graphics card and then upload the footage onto a place like YouTube.
