I would kindly like to remind you that the forum is not the proper place to be discussing your ban or anything related to this topic - we can understand your frustration but we want to make sure that disputes regarding bans are kept out of the forums.
If you wish to appeal your ban, please make sure to pay a visit to the appeal system at http://truckersmp.com/appeals where the Game Moderator that banned you will take a look at the appeal, but do keep in mind that it can take a while before the Game Moderator gets back to you, so please be patient once you have created your appeal.
Once your appeal has been considered, you are welcome to contact our Game Management using our Feedback system if you feel that the Game Moderator has not issued your ban correctly. There is no need to initiate any legal action as threatened if something did indeed go wrong, the Game Managers will calmly and politely talk to you about your case and will figure out what can be done.
