💥 BAN DECISION IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR: The Accident Was Caused by the Complainant's Failure to Signal and Lane Violation!
Hello TruckersMP Community,
Due to an unfair ban decision that has been on my record for about four months, my application for Game Moderator (Admin) was rejected. Since my appeals have been consistently denied, I am bringing this issue to the community for justice: The accident was entirely caused by a chain of clear rule violations by the complainant (POV truck), and I bear no fault.
I am challenging the management's one-sided decision and demanding fairness.

1. Sole Responsibility for the Accident: The Complainant's Truck Committing Chain Violations
The predictability of traffic flow, based on two fundamental rules, was completely eliminated by the complainant, making the accident inevitable. The complainant's two mistakes are the sole cause and responsibility for the crash:
Violation 1: Failure to Signal (Eliminating Predictability): The complainant's truck absolutely did not use its turn signal when approaching the intersection and preparing to maneuver. Failure to signal makes it impossible for the driver coming from behind (me) to anticipate their movement.
Violation 2: Lane Violation and Collision (Direct Fault): Not only did the complainant fail to signal, but during their maneuver, they violated my lane and directly collided with my vehicle, causing the accident. As the Red Truck (me), being hit while proceeding in my own lane due to an illegal and unsignaled maneuver proves that the complainant's truck is the single and primary responsible party.
I Am Not At Fault: When a driver following an unsignaled vehicle is forced into a wrong maneuver, the fault lies with the one who failed to signal and, critically, the one who violated the lane and caused the impact. I have zero fault in the formation of this accident.
2. The Admin Decision Lacks Legal Basis
Management ignored such serious and sequential rule violations (failure to signal and lane violation) committed by the party providing the video evidence, instead placing all the blame on me. This is a great injustice.
When accident reports are prepared, why were the primary faults that caused the accident (failure to signal, lane violation) not taken into account?
The impunity of the player who provided the evidence, despite these clear violations, raises suspicion that the justice mechanism on TruckersMP is one-sided.
3. Conclusion and Urgent Demand for Justice
This unfair ban decision is not only unjust but also hinders my goal of serving the TruckersMP community and becoming a Game Moderator. Being banned for an accident where I had no fault is a major injustice.
My Urgent Demands to Management and the Community:
Considering the fact that the complainant's truck, which failed to signal and violated my lane, is the sole party responsible for the crash, the ban decision against me must be lifted immediately and unconditionally.
My record must be cleaned of this unfair mark in the name of justice.
