Une expérience de plusieurs années... La STLF a été créée il y a maintenant plus de 2 ans, par une petite dizaine de personnes. Le but était de s'ouvrir à la communauté de chauffeurs français, ce que nous avions donc commencé à faire, arrivant à un nombre de 50 chauffeurs en un peu plus d'un an, sans réellement promouvoir l'entreprise. Pour des raisons personnelles, nous avons dû laisser un peu tomber l'entreprise jusqu'à ces dernières semaines. Nous avons donc remis sur pieds la société, appris à réutiliser nos outils de travail, et nous sommes repartis sur la route, avec une petite équipe de 10 personnes. Nos missions... Nous effectuons diverses missions qui vous seront attribuées en fonction de votre expérience de part leur difficulté. Avant tout, nous réalisons des livraisons simples avec des chauffeurs en solitaire, mais toujours avec un contact vocal avec les autres chauffeurs via TeamSpeak 3. Mais nous organisons tous les Samedis Soirs des convois logistiques pour effectuer des livraisons de grand ampleur, que nous nommons "convois officiels" : Heure de départ : 21H15 Lieu de départ : Paris depuis l'entreprise FLE Type de fret : Selon les contrats d'entreprises, ou spécial Durée estimée : 1H à 3H Destination : Selon les contrats d'entreprises, ou spécial D'autres convois peuvent être organisés à n'importe quel moment par n'importe quel chauffeur, avec l'accord du PDG, Co-PDG, ou Manager. Une hiérarchie à respecter... Au sein de la STLF, nous avons mis en place un système hiérarchique afin d'avoir une meilleure organisation et gestion de la société. [PDG] Bload : Donne la ligne à suivre au sein de l'entreprise, d'un point de vue économique, structurel, et matériel. Il a aussi un regard sur les nouvelles candidatures. [PDG] StratManouche : Assiste le PDG dans toutes ses tâches. [Co-PDG / Gérant de l'équipe] Frank : Gère les équipes du Staff de la STLF selon les ordres et conseils des PDG. [Conseiller Financier] *Poste à pourvoir* : Gère l'économie de l'entreprise, les salaires, la gestion des finances ( via VTM) et la rémunération par Kilomètre des Chauffeurs. [Manager-1] *Poste à pourvoir* : Gère les nouvelles candidatures, ainsi que les éventuels conflits au sein de l'entreprise, en accord avec le PDG et le Co-PDG. [Manager-2] *Poste à pourvoir* : Gère les nouvelles candidatures, ainsi que les éventuels conflits au sein de l'entreprise, en accord avec le PDG et le Co-PDG. [Manager-3] *Poste à pourvoir* : Organise les convois et gère l'équipe des chauffeurs en accord avec le PDG et le Co-PDG. Les règles... Il est primordial de respecter certaines règles afin de conserver une bonne image de l'entreprise ainsi qu'une bonne ambiance en son sein. Savoir respecter une hiérarchie mais aussi ses collègues, même moins expérimentés. Etre conscient des bases du code de la route, et savoir respecter la sécurité des autres usagers de la route. Respecter le règlement de TruckersMP. Garder en permanence le contrôle de son véhicule, et pouvoir réagir face à toutes les situations. Etre au maximum présent sur TeamSpeak 3 quand vous roulez pour l'entreprise. Remplir ses feuilles de route après chaque livraison, chaque incident, ou infraction (automatique avec VTM Live). Respecter les quelques règles liées aux convois qui seront énumérées avant chaque convoi. Vous devez roulez avec les couleurs de l'entreprise. Vous devez utiliser un camion de marque: VOLVO / SCANIA / DAF. Vous êtes libre de customiser votre camion comme bon vous semble ( hors couleurs) Nous rejoindre... Pour nous rejoindre c'est simple ! I think that people pay little attention to the messages. I've never been kicked for not having my lights on. Usually, switching them on is the first thing I do before moving, but sometimes I can forget and have no problems to see the warning. A flashing icon would be better, that's for sure, but there will be still plenty of players who won't have a clue about what that symbol means, let's not forget that there are lots of under 15 y.o. players who have never driven or worried about traffic rules, signals, conventions, etc. More comments: The autokick only jumps if you're moving. You see the warning, you can switch your lights on or pull over and stop if you can't find the key/button. 15 seconds is more than enough for that and then you have all the time in the world to find the key and keep driving once the lights are on. For those who claim that 15 seconds is not enough if your engine refuses to start, there's the option, in gameplay settings, to avoid starting electricity and engine at the same time. Players who untick that option, first time they hit the "Start engine" key/button, the electricity starts and they can switch lights on, even with the engine completely broken, second time, the engine starts (or tries to). With this, they wouldn't be kicked because of the engine stalling. And if it's come to that situation, player's choice should be to stop at a safe place and hit F7+Enter or /fix instead of trying to keep driving a badly damaged truck that will keep stalling until it gets repaired.

Według mnie Overwolf to nie jest to. Ja osobiście używałem http://tsnotifier.eu, nie zawiódł mnie ani razu. Aktualnie korzystam z dwóch monitorów więc jest mi on nie potrzebny. Tylko chciałbym cię ostrzec. Moim dwóm znajomych po instalacji coś nie działało, ale warto spróbować. Jeśli będziesz próbować tego programu oraz będziesz miał problem z instalacją to się odezwij.
