    When a person with a previous infraction gets a fickle 24 hour ban for serial trolling (player already reported multiple times in-game), my effort to encode and dig through logfiles seems wasted.

      Not sure if you know this, but what I do is the second something happens, I use the TAB menu to get their Steam profile and report using that. Saves the hassle of searching the the log file.

      Ok just saw it.. The combination of a bad pc + internet connection + a bit lack of attention made the first ban :D The permanent one may be a bit hard.. I qoute: '...Because Merciful that b*stard...'. This shouldn't be taken that seriously I think xD That is said everyday and is a normal expression already to me.
