An useful post is a post wich really contributes to the topic and adds informative content. This sort of posts are mostly found in the help section. A regular post can be anything like a comment in a funny video thread, or a post with a picture in the J-SPEC thread.

Our admins try to deal with your reports as soon as possible. They are put in queue that handles a FIFO (First in first out) based system. The queue is big at this moment so it can take up to a week or 14 days for admin to deal with it. As long as you provided sufficient evidence and the right TruckersMP ID, your report will be dealt with accordingly. It just takes a bit more time then usual.

It depends on why the ban is permanent. Admins often give a permanent ban to make sure the user appeals. If the permanent ban is applied because of the history (6th ban rule), it is unlikely being removed as the user used all his chances. We have this rule because we have to draw a line somewhere. If you happens to reach that many bans within the period of a year, you clearly don't really care about the in-game rules. Everyone deserves a second chance, but we can't keep giving a person another chance. So while it might be harsh, a permanent ban due to history is unlikely being lifted and will last forever.

Hello truckers, We often get some questions about the DLCs and how they work in TruckersMP. In this post, we will answer some of these questions and give you more information about it. What is a DLC To start with, DLC stands for "Downloadable content". It provides new content for a game. To give some examples, this can be a map expansion or a new vehicle. Most DLCs are not free. The price of it depends on the content it provides. A map expansion will be more expensive compared to a DLC with 3 new paint jobs for your truck. How do I use it? You can use it almost instantly. The content will download after purchase and will be integrated right away in your game. Visit a truck dealer or a service station to upgrade your truck with the new content provided by the DLC or explore the new roads of a map expansion. Do I need to get it? Of course, the answer is no here. Since it is only additional content, you can decide if you want it or not. However, note that many players do have DLCs which unlocks new content for them. This can result in people driving into areas where you cannot go. Most DLCs offer enjoyable content so they are worth getting. Having a DLC vs not having it Only the players that have the DLC will be able to see the content added by it. TruckersMP does not distribute DLCs to every player. If you do not have a specific DLC, you will not see the content of it used by other players. Content that is not available for a player who does not have the DLC will be replaced by default skins or parts. DLCs yet to be supported The "Special Transport" DLC for ETS2, ATS is not supported. Since it seems that many people are not finding the solution and keep posting the same issue over and over, I'm locking this thread for now and posting a link to the solution below. The latest version of ETS2 and ATS is currently not supported. To keep playing or to avoid the error many of you are posting here and on other places on the forums, downgrade your game as it says on the error. To downgrade your game, take a look at this topic to find out how you can do that: A new version to support the latest version is being worked on and will be released once ready. Keep an eye on these development announcements to stay up-to-date.

Zolang hier geen misbruik van gemaakt word is dit in orde. Bijvoorbeeld tijdens het begeleiden van een konvooi, de eerste wagen en de laatste wagen die voor en achter het konvooi rijden hebben normaal gezien een lage snelheid. Als je dit zou gebruiken terwijl je gewoon 120 rijd op de snelweg is dit niet aangeraden en kan dit erg verwarrend zijn. De kans is klein dat je hiervoor echt een zware straf zult krijgen.

An update will come once it is ready. Patching our multiplayer to the latest version can take some time. There is no release date known or planned since it all depends on how much changes needs to be done. Our developers are doing their best to get it out as soon as they can, but please have some patience. Downgrade your games if you still want to play on multiplayer or go ahead and discover the new features while we wait for a TruckersMP update.
