  8. Hello @xBestBBx, thank you for creating this interesting topic. Basically, I would like to see happen the introduction of a realism server with the following features / settings: NCZ-free map AI traffic server-sided, non-tweakable user-profiles that are reset to Level 1 (experience, levels, money and achievements have to be earned through progress) tachographs in trucks different vehicles classes, e.g. trucks, passenger vehicles, motorcycles, busses, cyclists, or permanently available alternating vehicles, to create a more realistic picture of road traffic synchronization of the weather for all players on the same server regulations and automatic financial punishments for violations of truck driver's driving times and resting periods (in combination with tachographs) update of all passenger car's physics model to its real-world counterpart (or at least to the physics of a passenger car instead of a that of a truck) national speed limits from real life implemented for the different vehicle classes automatic financial punishments for speed violations regulations and automatic financial punishments for violations of truck driver's driving times and resting periods (see tachographs) I hope the above will give you and the TruckersMP team some inspirations and ideas.

  11. Hello there @xBestBBx and all from TruckersMP Staff Team! Firstly I would like to wish you all the best in 2024! and hope you're all well. Since we have the opportunity to comment on this post, I'll also add some advice. Now, again, I wouldn't want the TruckersMP Staff community to take this the wrong way. I am and always have been for TruckersMP as I love this community and the players in it. So what could we improve and I think there is enough of stuff? No don't worry, I believe in you Improve the system for giving answers to players - that is, if a player asks, for example, why he got banned for this thing, or even if something that will be answered anyway, so that he is not immediately referred to feedback, but that even briefly a Staff Member can answer him. It doesn't look great when you only see contact us via feedback every time. I'm not saying that the Moderator or any other person has to keep long messages. It's not really meant to be about bans, but if you want to ask a question, many of times the TMP referes you to feedback ticket. Improve the system of issuing punishments - > by this I mean that people don't get punished mainly on the forum for things that are unnecessary, unless they are directly doing something wrong, but just want to be active and helpful. I think team members should appreciate it too, to see that they are not alone in this, but that players are able to help as well. As for the game, here I would also change the system in the issue of bans in terms of breaking a given rule, for example on the C-D road where a player endangers a lot of players around to get more than 2-3 weeks. On the other hand, we all know that these players may also have other accounts, so they will start playing on other accounts, but they still won't learn from these ban I'd also like people who have, for example, Forum warnings to get a chance to join the team if they meet all the other requirements, as I think some of the warnings really weren't too necessary. Trying to increase moderation in the game, although I have to say from myself that I'm seeing great progress lately! And thank you for that Creating more great events from TruckersMP - like Hallowen, Christmas etc, and convoys. Most of all the nice atmosphere that we all probably wish for. I think it's also a time to -> I should also publicly apologize for how I previously wrote about TruckersMP, posting posts and comments about game moderation from game moderators and other things, and that it wasn't meant to be particularly bad, it just looked bad the way I was referring to you. I'll be glad to accept an apology in a while, even if I don't get a chance to join the team anymore. (This this is for all managers and other members of the Staff Team) I have therefore taken the liberty of mentioning the main @Rico @Luna @_sneaht_0810 @Joschi. @HandOfClash @Fezz @Ashley @JustBrankoGaming and others! Have a great day! Regards, RedWolf [CZ]

  17. Hey truckers! With 2023 a thing of the past, I want to know things our community wants to see happen in 2024 and beyond. It can be additions, improvements, features, etc. Please note, however, that this post is not to discuss the current state of the project or any issues that are present within it as well. I just want this to be a space to let our community voice their opinions about what they want to see in the future!

  18. Suggestion name: Regulation/traffic limits for Calais/Duisburg/Cities in general Explanation: We all know it. Calais. Duisburg. Chaos. Some hate it, some love it. Personally I like it because it's very lively. However, I also drive to other places. Sad thing is, if you go outside the C-D area, you do not even remotely encounter as many players and it can become very lonely. I suggest (whether or not is possible is another matter, I'm just suggesting) - Make moments where the custom job generator is disabled (maybe) Or, even better: - Job destination limits to cities which have more than (X) people already with a job going there. For example: - Me and 49 others, 50 in total, have jobs from any city, to Duisburg. When such is the case, jobs which would have Duisburg as destination (NOT starting point) would be removed/disabled from the job listings (quick/freight) and Duisburg would be temporarily removed/locked/disabled from being chosen as a target destination, forcing people to take a job with a different target destination. This would spread people out, reduce chaos, make the game a LOT more lively. Sure, there will be people that say "But I want to go to X!". Yes, fine. You can go there another time. I drove to Milan yesterday and encountered a few other drivers. It's very nice. Why it should be added: The ETS2 map is BIG and most areas are criminally underused in TMP. Thoughts?

  26. Voluntary work is based on the willingness to contribute time and effort without financial compensation. This can be related to a game, a soup kitchen... you name it. Voluntary work doesn't exclude a working schedule per se. Volunteers can be timely structured to maintain or improve a service. And yes, it shows good manners to call in if you are sick.

  27. What i want to see from TruckersMP to improve the Gameplay for the Players. These are just Basic Ideas, the Details must be discussed and fintuned, in Case TruckersMP do really want to change a Thing: - Create a Background Economy Simulation ( BES) with a Supply Demand by the Citys for Vital Goods ( Food), Industry and Consume. Put the Player in charge to keep the Citys alive with Supply Hauling. The Mechanic for this are in the Game! See the actual WOT X-Mas Event, this should be able to extended by TruckersMP, you have very skilled Developers! This would also make the Role of VTC more important and they would be able to have more Influence to the Gameplay! - The extraction of the actual Winter Physics of the Winterland Map by SCS! The best Winterphysics so far, keep them for the next Wintermod, instead of Grimes Physics! - The Same Driving Physics for all Players ( Brakes, Stability, Suspension)! - Weather Synchronized! - Change of the Current Server Setup combined with a Rule and Punishment Overhaul. Set 1 Server for ETS2/ATS to Simulation Setting, with the BES for the Simulation Players. Speedlimit to 90kph ETS2, 150kph ATS, Trucks/Bus Only and AI Traffic! Simulation Players can handle AI Traffic in an Multiplayer Environment, without fooling around with it! Apply TruckersMP and European/American Driving Rules as requirement to this Server! Set Server 2 to Casual Settings, Speedlimit to 150kph, no AI Traffic, Cars allowed! Apply TruckersMP Rules as Basic and keep European and American Road Rules as advice! Rule Violations on Server 1, that causing a Accident will be punished as usual and Players are not allowed to play on this Server based on the current §2.8 Rule, but being able to play on Server 2 to improve his Driving Skills. No Permanent Ban for Players for Driving offence, except of §2.9 Rule! Permanent Ban for Cheating and Racism and general inappropriate social behavior! - A TruckersMP Player Profile/Career for Server 1 only, that can not be manipulated by the Player! No Save Editing of Truck, No Skill/Experience Cheat, No Money Cheat but all Trucks and Parts been available from the Beginning. You just need the Money to buy them! Create a own Reputation and Achievement System! Create a useful Grind System and the keep the Players busy! - As Bonus, a Driving School that is managed by TruckersMP and Experienced Players from the Community who want to teach new Players! I am sure this would be possible for TruckersMP to realize, it would improve the Gameplay and change the Behavior of the most Players. It would make the Situation easier for the Moderation Team. It would also bring back Simulation and more Players to the Game!

  28. The TruckersMP team doesn't necessarily need more Game Moderators, but they need to use them more effectively, e.g. with a working schedule.

  29. Sounds good but, However, in such a system, it will be more inaccessible to open a region where the collision is open. Instead, it would be smoother to automatically use the tprk or tpr commands to the currently voted player. TACCOO

  38. Activity alone doesn't necessarily improve one's skill level. Unless one is interested in and understands the reason and benefits of defensive driving, one will always pose a risk to oneself and others.
