I understand your problem because I also use ExitLag and recognized exactly this issue. When I contacted one of the ExitLag team members, they informed me that it could just be an IP permission issue and that they would contact the TruckersMP team to resolve this case. I haven't had any further updates on this, but I recommend that you also contact them so that if your problem is just a configuration issue, they can also help you. Since it is not directly related to TruckersMP, there is not much we can do to resolve this issue.
