    Replied to 2 help questions hours ago, not one of them have been accepted, and now they've been answered by others. Not entirely sure why it wasn't approved, as I just gave the information they were looking for... :(

      The Help section is generally taken care of by the support team.

       

      But a common reason for a post not being accepted is that it's information already mentioned before.

      I understand that, however when I posted no-one else had replied, and they were answered by IGAs, so I guess their permission levels allow them to bypass the moderation queue. Guess I'll have to wait, but thanks anyway :)
