Depends.

 

If someone has a problem and he asks for help and the solution for the problem is not obviously, then yes, help would be more appropriate than facepalming.

 

But I was referring to post that are miles away from common sense.

If someone is coming to the forums just to spam useless things like UNBAN ME I NOTHING DONE, then... it's hard to take this for serious. He could also inform himself by searching or asking for help.

New reactions were added recently, however, there are no plans to add such a negative reaction which will put done users.
