In addition, this reaction should work just like the "confused" reaction (means giving no reputation points). Any example images: Why should it be added?: Because in many daily situations on the forums, this is the only appropriate reaction. It shows a kind of disagreement (just like the "confused" reaction), but it's still not a downvote. Some of these situations could be: a user posts a ban appeal on the profile of a gm, someone suggests to remove cars from all servers, someone is complaining about a wrong handled report, someone posts a topic like "I want to be Admin now plz" and so on. If someone has a problem and he asks for help and the solution for the problem is not obviously, then yes, help would be more appropriate than facepalming. But I was referring to post that are miles away from common sense.
