How many times do you refresh the server to find your fav number or a number you like?

Hello TruckersMP Members,

Today I want to ask a question, maybe a bit "funny and crazy" for someone 😄 but I would to know also your too.

The question is :

How many times do you restart your game or just refresh the servers waiting to get a double number like 10,20,30 excc, single number like 0,1,2,3 excc,or four number but a good number like 1111,2222,3333,6666 excc

Have you ever refreshed the servers because you're wanting for a nice number or maybe even your favorite number to come as your ID? If so, how many times did you do it to wait for it to appear, but in the end it never appeared? 😄

I had 0,1,4,7,22,23,24,33,38,47,99,111,131,141,144,171,222,287,333,383,444,474,484,500,547,587,606,646,666,676,696,701,747,787,919,929,949,989,999,1000,1001,1024,1099,1101,1111,1124,1707,1454,2001,2004,2010,2022 and others more that I don't have screenshot 😄

Sincerely,

REMEMBER that you are playing a SIMULATOR GAME and this game is NOT a RACING GAME. If you like races, maybe you're on the wrong game. SL: 80-90 Km/h

I've never done that, but it's interesting to see players trying to get a specific number 😄

for me the OP number is 0, i got it once and then never got it again, lol

I've never had to do this, as I don't have a preference for specific numbers, however... if something like 10,20... 100, 200, 1000 (whole numbers) comes, I'm happy hahaha 😂

Interesting question xD

If I have the time for it, I try to get the lowest ID as possible on event servers just for fun.

On public servers, I don’t really care, so I’ve never done this. But I’m still a little happy about it, if I have a nice number as the ingame ID. :LUL:

Ahah funny one.

I've never done that to get a different ID number. I'm happy with the one I get. But I find it nice to get a nice number (a bit like for number plates 😄)

Already received ID #1 a couple of times but I don't think I ever got #0. But I've seen some players with ID #0.

I would be very interested to have some insight regarding how IDs are attributed? Is it completely random? Is it giving you the lowest number available? Is it depending on the some special factors (i.e. your ping, your IP, your steam ID, etc...?)

Very curious 🙂

Never. I'm not aiming for 69 or any particular number. In the event there is potential to be that number, my timing will be off from the game taking a bit to load, my id will surpass it. When i connect, i check the tablist for my id and memorize it.

They are just numbers and serve no purpose. Not to mention, you're wasting your own time by rerolling for a number you probably won't get.

@Rossoo. I'm glad that I'm not alone.
Yea for someone in-game ID are just numbers, but for me, I would rather dice a number that I'm comfortable with.

Actually I'm interested in ID 1 more than 0, never get them in Sim 1, especially when it's 3000 or even 4000+ players.

I have 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 2000, etc. But the best two must be 4112 and another 4000 something, it's unable to get at the moment.

Also I longed for serval numbers like 1317, 1993, 2023 (in 2023) come to me. (1317 is from one of my favorite bus's reg. number)

This dosent make much sense to do, as you will always get the lowest available ID. The server might hold lets say 4500 people but it always gives out the lowest available ID, so if the server is restarted and 200 people have joined and none of them has left again, then you will get ID 201 but if player with ID 156 left, then you will get ID 156 when you join even if there is 300 people on. As i said its always the lowest ID available that you get. And so it is much harder to get higher numbers than lowers. As it would be impossible to get a higher number if there isent a lot of people on.
