Well crap... I just made myself R$ 215.88 poorer because of Rocket League. :I I hope I won't (and I better not) regret buying this Xbox One controller. It should arrive in the mail next week.

Guys, look! I'm driving on the wrong side of the road.

My car has been scaring me on hills, lately. I must get its brakes checked ASAP. When I stop on a hill (at red lights, most times, obviously) the brake pedal begins to "sink" softly and as it goes down, the brakes start to release and the car starts to move as if I was letting go of the brake pedal. That's really concerning!

Finally managed to file the reports about the incidents that happened on this April 1st. Took me a lot longer than it should to get the videos ready and up. I changed the framerate settings on Action! from 60 to 120, thinking that was some sort of limiter and that having it set to 120 would prevent the program for limiting the frames of the game (FRAPS does that) but turns out that this setting in Action! actually tells the program to try and record at 120 frames. Because my game usually runs under 50 frames when I am recording, the big difference between the amount of frames I had and the amount the program was set to record caused the footage to be choppy and slow. On top of that I had some problems with my computer soon as I first "touched" the videos. Took me quite a while to get it working again. I still need to figure out what is really wrong with my computer. It's been acting up too often, lately and I still couldn't pinpoint the source of the problem.

But anyway... Thankfully I could recover all the footage and after my video editing software finished importing them (Action! could not export them the way they were recorded, for some reason) and I fixed the rotation (whenever I import directly without getting Action! to export the file, first, the editing software turns the videos upside down lol), all clips played flawlessly as they should, despite the mistake I made with the settings. Which I have already fix, of course. Too bad I could not make one out of the three reports I needed/wanted to make. By the time I got the videos up, one of the players had already been banned for another infraction.  Got 1 month due to history. I'm wondering if his time would be extended and my evidence added if I filed the report, anyway. Most likely not. Either way the report would be declined.

That's a thing that bothers me, you know? Declining reports when the player is already banned, even when the evidence is included in their records and their ban time extended. I'm a supporter of the idea that, if your evidence is accepted and added to a player that's already banned, your report should still be accepted. Let to decline it if the player is already banned only if the evidence is not included/time extended, you know?

So yeah! Reports filed. Now to play the waiting game. :\ Below's what happened on Saturday.

I hardly ever go to Death Road. But when I do, I cannot stop questioning how the brain of some people work. Sometimes I question so hard that I start to question myself whether or not I am human, at all!

By the way, hi @Baymax.! It's the second time we meet on the road and I have an accident. XD One more and I'll think cause me to have bad luck. lol (Just kidding. :P)

GMs need a break every once in a while, too.

Something great is coming to ETS2 very soon. I just wonder how well it will work on MP. Will probably be a rather incomplete experience given the fact that AI traffic unfortunately has to stay off.

Nooo, booo!!! They changed the CB from V to X because of the new differential lock command. I use Z and C for my indicators, which makes X the PERFECT key for my hazards. Now whenever I need/want to use the hazards, the CB will go on and when I want to use the CB, the hazards will go on. It's like having the wiring in my truck all messed up. I will not change it, though. X is too perfect for my usage of hazards. Welp... I guess I better get used to this bothersome situation, now. -__-

They should really make it so we can change the voice chat key ourselves.

As Saturday wraps up, it is time for me to take a shower, make some pop corn (NOT chocolate coated pop corn again, though. I've learned my lesson) and watch Sleepy Hollow on Netflix.  They should REALLY bring back all seasons of Doctor Who to Netflix, though. Seriously!

Little PSA for you all:

For those of you who have edited or are thinking of editing the physics of your vehicle via the console with commands or the settings file itself, I will leave here this recommendation: Do NOT do it! There are too many people doing it wrong and causing their vehicles to behave in a manner that is harmful to other players around because the effects those commands produce take away most of the control you can have over your vehicle. That's a violation of rule 2.1 because it ends up working as a abuse of feature, even if you do it via the console. And you know what happens to who's banned under rule 2.1. The rule is clear:

Using any kind of tool to change gameplay, including but not limited to using the in-game console, trainers or cheat engine in order to bypass the speeding limiter, to jump hack, no collision hack or anything similar. Misusing features such as the ghost mode to cause damage to others or similar.

 

If you want to have some fun with absurd physics values, then do it on singleplayer, but remember to change them back to normal values before coming back to MP. If you are unsure what values are accepted, then it's best to simply not touch them, at all. Only really do it if you are serious and actually know what you are doing.

I don't always report people. But when I do, they get banned for sure.

Their tears are delicious.

And mind you, these are just the ones in the new list before they reworked the report system a few months ago. Otherwise this list would have 36 entries and 36 out of 36 of those reports had the perpetrator banned as the outcome.

Don't poke a dragon with a truck. You'll end up burned and banned from life!

But in all seriousness, though... may this be a lesson for everyone who likes to break rules and for those who have problems with these people breaking rules on your face. Collect the appropriate evidence and file a report if the incident is actually worth it. It does work if you do it right.

This is actually pretty cool! I'd love to try something like this myself. 

Holy crap! It's already been one whole year?! O_o

Oh man, time goes by SO quickly! It amazes me how many of you all find this game boring and barely even touch it anymore. I, meanwhile, am still hooked by it and playing it more often than ETS2. I just love ATS! <3 Other than fewer trucks and less territory to explore, it's definitely a superior game in many aspects!

Happy anniversary, American Truck Simulator!!  Here's to many more!

What I think when I'm on ETS2 or ATS and I hear someone honking for no actual reason:

I have just done something I have never done on Truckers MP, before... I applied for support. :I

Let's see what happens! On the most I'll get a "no" and that will be alright. I am hesitant, anyway. But hey, if it works out and I am actually able to do this job, my knowledge of English AND Portuguese can be useful. Apparently there is a big need for Portuguese speakers in the support team and I could help with that.

We'll see what happens next.

I am very sad and upset. I haven't played Smash Bros for 3DS in months so a few days ago I popped the card into my 3DS and since it hasn't been launched in a while, there was an update available. As I always did, I accepted it and let the system download and install it without being interrupted. Upon attempting to launch the game after it was updated, an error appeared on the screen and told me to reboot the system by holding down the Power button and then try launching the game again. I did as instructed and launched the game after a reboot but the game wouldn't launch. Ever since then it only gives me a black screen. None of the buttons do anything and the only way to exit the black screen is by forcing the console to shutdown.  The update bricked my copy of Smash Bros. I've lost my game. 

I'm not feeling well, today. I just vomited and the headache is still here. I'll most likely not come around today. Might even not work at all.

I'm working hard to get my ATS clips into the Crashes Compilation series as soon as possible and this time I say state for certain that Compilation 21 will feature ATS. In fact, since I failed to deliver it on Compilation 19, 21 will be mostly filled with ATS goodness.

I already have a new name for the series and I have just finished the new logo and intro, by the way.

P.S: I'll probably start making Compilation 20 later this evening. Maybe I can have it ready and uploaded on Friday or Saturday.

Time sure does go by rather quickly when we are not paying attention, doesn't it? Today's my one year anniversary as Game Moderator!!
