    By regulation I am forbidden to talk about anything related to the support tickets I respond to as a member of the Support staff so I won't, ever! But since at the moment I don't really have any IT-related true story to share, I'll just drop this video below which sums up quite accurately some of the things I have to deal with with in my profession and TMP support. XD

     

    With that being said, today at work we had a call from a client whose printer was not working. Upon checking, the only thing wrong with it was the fact that the client paused the printing. :\

    This whole banning petrol and diesel cars by a certain year that some countries like France and UK are planning to do has got to be the most stupid load of complete rubbish I have ever heard. Electric cars will never ever be a replacement for diesel + petrol cars. Really hope the Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, Russia (the list goes on and on) who have not yet planned on banning petrol and diesel cars  don't, really hope its only a small few countries that do it and that it fails miserable in those countries. I love cars (not just supercars but also normal everyday cars) and I do not want to see a world where petrol and diesel cars are banned.

    This actually does really piss me off and if Ireland decided to ban petrol and diesel cars I will be sooooooooooooooooooo angry.
