TruckersMP Forum - Reputation, Ranks & Badges Up until now, the TruckersMP Forum used a rank system based on different truck cargo loads, with increasing size and weight as your rank goes up. Recently, this rank system was removed and replaced with a cleaner, more refreshed version. The new system calculates rank differently and more fairly, being based less on post count alone and more on other interaction around the forum. This topic will explain each of the new ranks on the forum you can obtain. It is important to understand the difference between ranks, reputation, badges and roles. Reputation is a simple metric that increases as your content gets more follows, reactions and community appreciation. Yes, it is possible to run TruckersMP on linux. I recommend using this, as it gets everything you need ready and has a (relatively) easy set up. https://github.com/truckersmp-cli/truckersmp-cli Keeping in mind, you can't get any support with using it outside of the issues page on that github.

The Game Moderators are the face of the in-game side of TruckersMP, responsible for moderating our game servers by issuing punishments to those who break the rules. These people deal with both website and in-game reports, helping to keep the roads safe for everyone, ensuring the community can enjoy the best experience on our servers. Core Requirements: Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism At least some activity on our forums and/or Discord Specific Qualifications Show consistent activity on our game servers Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, ability to make authoritative and impacting decisions quickly Have a deep knowledge and understanding of TruckersMP and its rules including European and American road laws Familiar with the game's mechanics Ability to reach the activity requirements This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements. In game is there if you need support immediately, but their is usually high demand so you will not get someone to help you when you need it. Website is there when you see a violation that needs to be seen by the admin staff regardless. This usually means a serious infraction or two happened and punishment needs to get served.

In-game reports will get timed out and expire if nobody has claimed that report, therefore the best method to report someone is using the report system, all the web reports will be reviewed.

Hello, A while ago, we started looking into possibilities for having more servers around the globe, for our community members who are located far away from our current servers. This weekend, we were able to provide a new server for you guys. It is located in Singapore, and should provide a good connection to people from a part of Asia and Oceania. We're planning to get at least three or four extra servers all around the globe. The arrival of the new servers was announced last year when we started our Patreon campaign. Being a Patron gives you exclusive access to certain features, and will give even more access to other things in 2020. Hello, There is no need for creating other TruckersMP accounts. There are 2 possible options for this: -Steam is not working properly. You will most likely need to wait a bit and be patient, or: -You didn't syncronized your DLC's with TruckersMP. To do that, you will need to do the following: Go to https://truckersmp.com/profile/settings after logging in with your TruckersMP account, and on the upper menu, there should be a settings called "Linked Games / DLC". Open that page, and click on the big blue Check DLC button. It might take a few minutes for TruckersMP to do the work. After that, you should be able to join. Hey! Im Septcheveux_TMP, Member on TruckersMP since ~1,5 years. Since I want to be active on the forum, and I have experience with Local-Modding and Modding the TruckersMP-UI I want to explain in a few (easy) steps, how to get a custom cursor for your UI. This is my first guide, so Feedback is appreciated! <3 Step one: Open your Windows-Explorer Step two: Go to: "C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP\data" and create a new Folder called "ets2_mod" and/or "ats_mod", depending on what game you'd like to mod. For this Guide we'll be using ETS2 as our example. Step three: Within the folder we just created you will have to create a folder called "ui". Step four: We've not only set the basics for a custom cursor! You can modify your Background, the look of your complete Interface and much more ? Step five: Your final task is to find a cursor, download it and paste it into your folder. Note that the cursor needs to be a ".png"-Image, otherwise It won't work! If your cursor also has no background, it is perfect, otherwise you might have further issues. The size also matters, if the .png size is too big, it might look big vice versa. The file must be 32x32 pixels otherwise it may looked cursed. File name must always be cursor.png An example: If you've followed the steps correctly, you can enjoy your custom cursor!
