Hi there, Thanks for your suggestion! Blocking an overtake is already punishable as stated in rule §2.3 and also comes under rule §2.5 as it's also reckless. Users should already keep enough safety distance as if they cause a crash, they are at fault. As the rules "technically" already exist, I will reject this suggestion.
