Date and hour of the event: 02 Nov 17:00 UTC - 02 Nov 23:00 UTC Participants: https://truckersmp.com/events/5380 Event Rules for Participants: Using the RLC Event Staff player tag or a player tag containing ‘RLC’ when you aren't a member of RLC or the Event Staff is prohibited. As long as it is safe, participants must catch up to the convoy if a gap is present. Participants of the convoy must ignore traffic lights unless it is unsafe to do so. Participants must follow RLC Event Staff instructions at all times. A trailer is required to participate in the convoy. Heavy haul trailers which result in a large gap within the convoy are not allowed. Participants with consistent lag must remain at the back of the convoy. Free Roaming is not allowed on the event server at all times. Beacons are not to be used in the starting location and destination although they can be used while driving. Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner. Advertising of any kind is forbidden. Participants must remain in a single-file line while driving in the RLC Convoy. Overtaking during the convoy is not allowed. All other TruckersMP rules apply. Event Rules for Event Staff: Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy. Event Staff can park out of bounds. Providing this is on the ground and not on top of buildings or other inappropriate places. Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time. Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above. All other TruckersMP rules apply.

Event Team Recruitment From the 27th of September until the 11th of October, we are looking for talented individuals to join our Event Team. The Event Team is responsible for the planning, management and coordination of official events within the TruckersMP community. Loading saves and directing players along the route is a crucial task, which sometimes involves the privilege of driving special vehicles. Core Requirements: Have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the rules Must be a member of TruckersMP for at least 12 months Must be registered on the TruckersMP forum for at least 3 months Must be at least 16 years old No bans / forum or Discord punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months Must have overall good behaviour, which includes forum, Discord and our official social media pages You have sufficient knowledge of the English language Good communication skills Resilient, active and flexible Ability to work within a team and on your own at times Eager to learn and progress your knowledge Organised and adaptive Be able to accept constructive criticism At least some activity on our forums and/or Discord Specific Qualifications: Able to communicate quickly and effectively, in English, in a voice channel. Have a clear microphone to allow for effective voice communication. Be available during times when events most often occur (weekends & evenings). Having all map DLCs is an advantage, but not a necessity. Languages This position does not require any specific language skills, however fluent English (written and spoken) is still a requirement. Hello TumbEd, First of all, thank you for creating this suggestion. While we think this may be something we will implement in the future, there is something about this suggestion that I would like to address first. While I understand this suggestion was made some time ago, long before we launched our official Patreon, we will not offer a service like this in exchange for money. This would mean that VTCs, which are just starting up and want to advertise, with little money to spend, will not be able to benefit from this offer. Since we have our Patreon set up now, making bigger servers and/or do other things with our servers could be a possibility with the money we receive from that, rather than from some feature in-game. Our mod is and will stay a free service. As I said, we might be looking into supporting this somewhere in the future, and therefore we would like some more opinions on this suggestion.
