      I'd say it's more about quality than time spent here. Someone that's been here for a month could make a better admin than someone who's been here for a year.

      Follow the advice in Vodka's thread is the best way really.

      As he said make a ban appeal it Malay take up to 3 days to be seen due to the influx of appeals don't message admins about your ban good luck on being unbanned :)
