Maybe the admin wrote an incorrect command, resulting in a permanent ban. The admin will look at this when he sees your appeal. Please be patient  

If you think your appeal hasn't been dealt with correctly, you have the option to contact the upper staff at truckersmp.com/feedback. I suggest you waiting some time before doing this, we all work as volunteers so we are not available 24/7 to look at appeals and stuff.
