  29. I miss meeting players on the the road. The number of players has dropped significantly, which made driving most of the time look like I was alone on the (simulation) server. This turned me away from the multiplayer and towards singleplayer again. I'd prefer to see players more evenly spread over the map than flock together on two spots, driving the same road back and forth all day long.

  32. We are glad that SCS has implemented the possibility of lifting axle control. This means that we can enable advanced coupling for simulation mode without fear of these problems when it was impossible to clutch the trailer. We have tried enabling this mode before, but it didn't work correctly. We are glad that now we can turn it on again. For the simplified mode, the choice of coupling is up to the player. Have a nice game, friends!

  42. I provided details. And it was accepted, unlike the one you posted earlier. Probably because it was fundamented and not just "Make EU#2 simulation" or "Make Arcade collisions". Now, please, stop tagging me, I'm bored with this pointless discussion. Thank you.

  43. Too many of "those who enjoy a more casual experience in TMP servers" seem to be like "I don't care if someone rams me even on purpose" and/or "I don't care if I ram someone". If they weren't, like I've said in multiple ocasions, they'd be filling up the arcade servers. I don't want those people in the same server where I'm trying to deliver a cargo without damage, even less if they can go a lot faster than me, making it easier for them to "enjoy their casual experience" when it will mean destroying my (and many other players') experience. Besides, who's to say that allowing higher speeds would not make as many "simulation" players to leave as it would make "casual" players to return? The numbers wouldn't change significantly and if that were the case, where's the benefit for TMP? Not a lot more players but a lot more reports, bans, appeals, complains, etc.

  44. Not really. The answer would be "I miss the old 150 Km/h speed limit" or "I miss the times when there were no speed limits". It became a debate about speed limits, which has nothing to do with "What do you miss". In fact, it's a debate that has been happening regularly since Road to simulation happened, so no one can miss it. I apologize for my part in it, I admit that I'm easily dragged into this kind of discussions, even when I know that they always end the same way, an endless loop. That's also why it had to be stopped, it was monopolizing a topic that was meant for a different purpose. So again on-topic, I believe that it's been mentioned before, but I also miss the jams that used to happen in the entrance to the Europoort, long before the C-D mayhem was a thing. I got used to, surprise, drive down to Calais and use the Eurotunnel there, to avoid those jams! These days, however, I do the opposite, drive to Amsterdam or Rotterdam to use the ferry there instead of risking a total annihilation if I go near Calais ?
