HamizanArfa
if one player sees a random event, the other player should see it too!
FernandoCR [ESP]
@HamizanArfa The problem is the same as with the weather: The frequency of the random events is a local setting, players can set it higher or lower and it doesn't affect to others' games. The only way to synchronize them would be by hard-coding the MP mod so it overrides the local setting, changing it for a fixed value. And many players would not like this, like it happened before with the weather.
TheCreepyTruckr
@FernandoCR [ESP] - Why did players not like the weather being synced? That's something I would love and have been hoping for. Personally I would love to have everything synced between players but I'm also here for a simulator and not need for speed.
FernandoCR [ESP]
@TheCreepyTruckr Your guess is as good as mine. And mine is that players who like to go pedal to the metal don't like the reduced vissibility that rainy weather implies. Myself, I have the rain probability set to 0, because I prefer driving with the best viewing distance available, it allows me to spot those NFS fans from further away. I'd also love that those things were synchronized. Not only weather and the random events, but trailer stability, braking intensity as well. But... The flood of complaints from the childish NFS fans would be unbearable. With random rain, random road obstacles, fixed (and lower than default) trailer stability, fixed (and lower than default) braking intensity, they would be unable to use the roads as a giant racing circuit. Rico
Road events occur in different places for everyone therefore not everyone will have them in the same place making it easier for people to crash which can be used as an excuse. It also makes the game more realistic however they can be annoying too
47Deftones47
They spawn some invisible walls for me that I crash my truck into so i have them disabled.
Guest
I think they should be disabled altogether in MP unless there's a way to sync them across all players, but then players who don't want the random events will be left with no choice but to have them. Dziada
The random road events, like many people have said, should be disabled. Not only are they not synced, some of the events do not actually show up in MP. For example, I will see the hazard triangle, but nothing else. Or two people, with no car next to them, and I crash into something invisible. Even though I say this, I will still have them set to max as they make the roads interesting. B4nshee
I think that random road events should be removed in MP because it raises the danger for many drivers. Sudden stops on the road are turning a big road upside down. It creates traffic and annoys people. I recommend that someone who wants to see frequent road events play in singleplayer mode.Must be completely removed.

BrXEiZ
I turned off all "Random Road Events". They maybe cause trouble. You should Turn off all Random Road Events.
ATEKGaming
I've turned mine off because they caused me way to many accidents. There was one time where I moved away from it and my truck still caught it.
CloudRazor
When I play MP I disable them because they cause accidents. When I play SP I enable them for realism.
SamFromFM
I think there should be, but then if it is on for someone, and off for another they will swerve around a Random Road event, While someone on the other side of the road has it off, and get's rammed by the person with the Random Evens on. Should be there on option for all players? My opinion changes from multiplayer to single player. Multiplayer: I'd have them turned down super low. Because the road work ones people drive right through so it's not really legit. Single player: I have them turned all the way up to make it more realistic. Anjo5713
Hi, I have my road events to max too. I think it's more interesting gameplay and I have a lot of reason for say I love the random road events
[ATL] VLAD (UA)
I generally in the settings reduced them to 0 that they would not come across me, and when I play in single mode then I turn them on to maximum.
Guest
I was surprised to see them on the road when it came up with the first update. But it's closed now. Because I don't like them.
KittyRena
I just turn the setting for this to 0 since I don't want to get banned because it'll look like I'm ramming someone intentionally. Probably the worst thing to keep active while driving with other players.
Glada_Laxen
The only issue I see with them is that people don't see the same stuff. It might look like you're trolling or blocking, but really you're just avoiding/manoeuvring around an event. I turned mine all the way down. Marshall6676
Me i like that they are their it adds and makes the game more fun if you what go into game settings then gameplay and turn it all the way to the left it will be a slider and will turn them off. Guest
I hate the road events, it is also the cause for the many accidents especially the people who are in the middle of the road and you think to avoid them but it is not so, I put it low
NarNar
I was suggested by a friend to disable them. I was in the Scandanavia area, and a random event popped up, i hit a sign, 5% damage to my truck and 1% for trailer.
-Tomukas-
It can be really annoying sometimes, I hope it will be a solution in the future.
TanFlicks
On multiplayer the best idea you could do is to remove random events, Singleplayer is ok
