Today we are happy to share with you more news on the ongoing Switzerland rework project! Already being well known for its scenic beauty and mountainous terrain, the country offers travellers some spectacular and challenging driving routes, each of which have become legendary in their own right. One such stretch of road is the A9, which we are excited to further expand on this rework project. The A9 is a picturesque motorway which weaves through the stunning landscapes of Switzerland. Renowned for its engineering marvels, the highway offers travellers breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps, making it not just a crucial transportation route but also a scenic journey for those exploring the country. As part of the Switzerland Rework project, the team has completely reworked the A9 motorway from Bern and have expanded it all the way through the valley of the River Rhône, winding through the Valais Canton, which features vineyards and magnificent views. However, towards the end of the A9, drivers will find themselves travelling on a road which stands out above the rest. Whilst truckers normally don't travel on this route due to the nature of its tight turns and inclines, it is by far one of the most famous in the region. We are of course talking about the legendary Furka Pass located on Route 19, which our rework team has also included as part of this project. The team decided that they couldn't miss this incredible stretch of road for players to experience and enjoy. We are sure you are skilled enough to safely travel and pass through this scenic yet challenging route. As part of this rework, you'll also have the opportunity to visit reworked villages and new ones like Susten, Obergoms and Realp. You'll also find new industries along the way with too, such as a Farm and Sawmill. We hope you enjoy the work that has been undertaken in this part of the region. Suggestion Name: Need more details about cargo in truck Job Dispatcher. Suggestion Description: In the job dispatcher, road distance, ferry distance, ferry price are shown and you can see the preview, but the cargo weight is not mentioned anywhere. When we are driving a low power truck and taking the job just by seeing the preview of trailer, then there is a lot of issue due to high weight on hilly areas. Any example images: Why should it be added?: Sometimes I have seen that other drivers block the road due to high weight in hilly areas and traffic gets blocked. (ex- Promods ice land, promods death road Kirkenes area)

Suggestion Name: Game server update regarding Suggestion Description: If a player is delivering a long job(3000-4000km), his job gets canceled if the server is updated. I have seen many times that a server update is given on an running convoy (convoy run on event server) and the convoy has to be canceled. Job lost (problem with single player) and Convoy canceled due to a server update (problem with multiple players). To solve this problem, truckersmp should create a channel (server update announce) on their discord server. in which server update announcement should be posted 3 -4 hours in advance, or take another action regarding to server update announcement. In the December our convoy, when the server update was given just 35 minutes before the departure of our convoy. our convoy control team lost all save-load of road blocking. Why should it be added?: I have lost my job many times. Our company's convoy server was updated 2-3 times at the time of Convoy and we got very bad feedback from attender truckers. Whenever I go to a convoy, I feel very bad if the server is updated.

Hi, how's it going? I was wondering if there's anyway that we can put in a poll to get rid of the City Speed Limit's on ATS, there's not that many people on the ATS servers and it does get a bit frustrating going down the highway entering multiple city speed limits especially when there's no city in that general area, we would greatly appreciate it if we can start a poll and see where it goes, thank you for your time and thank you for creating TMP it's a great place to meet new people..

Suggestion Name: Systemchange to help all players (and avoid griefers) Suggestion Description: Dear folks, many of these "griefers" and "lag-causing" individuals haven't even activated their account... So they for the easiest way to get rid of them and/or reduce the load on the report-systems is to let only activated users on the server. (For example, an unactivated account can only join arcade mode; if the account is activated, gain access to Simulator) If the access limit isn't an option, there are a few greater options below: Reasonable compromise (maybe add a "trail" previlege to these unactivated users, so they can't grief:) • Speed limiter to 80 km/h (safe speed; external contracts can do max. 90 km/h!) • can haul only one single trailer • don't have access to the Škoda / Car (a lot of people can't drive these things correctly!) Bonus for activating the TMP-account • Speed limiter to 90 km/h • can haul double trailer • access to the bus-feature If player had a minimum of 100 game hours (I could imagine this is a reasonable value), they would gain access to: • Speed limiter max (110 km/h) • can haul HCT trailer • Access to Škoda (Car) Special additional request / patron feature • And maybe add some extra trucks or cars for patrons (like transporter, 7,5-ton truck, and maybe (a few of the best rated released) cars on TMP) • some new fancy ai wheels? (tuning for Škoda) • lower cooldown to commands (it's annoying to wait 10 minutes as patron) and use commands without trailer I truly like contesting roads, random events and the stupidity from some users, BUT the amount of griefers is too high... and the in-game report-system seems always to be full, even on the website, you have to wait 14 days / 2 weeks until something happens. This may be a way to reduce the load on the current in-game team and keep the players happiness up by activate their accounts properly and give some "rights" to "older" accounts to stop griefers.
