Hello Mathieu85 If you want to change the voice channel in-game, click the "TAB" button, right-click on your mouse and move the yellow cursor to the big volume options and left-click until the channel you want. If you want the channel permanently, you must use the "TAB" option and click the Settings on the bottom left of the menu, and you can keep it at Channel 1 to 20. Thanks, SpeedySuliHD

should I plan a truckfest or convoy? You guys choose?

The problem with truck fests are that it needs a lot of vtcs to join in for it to really work. In addition, some people may find them boring and leave so they have to be well prepared. Convoys are more simple and thus more individuals may come as it appeals to all and not just vtcs.
Overall, unless you know a lot of contacts, i'd go for a convoy
