    Regardless of what some individuals say, it is not worth attempting to contact support regarding username changes. We only change usernames in certain circumstances, however in your case - you have changed your name by yourself. For this reason, we are expected to abide by the 1 month name change procedure / rule to ensure all players are treated fairly and the 1 month name change expiry period is met and therefore we will not be changing your name for you. Apologies. Are you now satisfied to an extent where we are able to close this thread, since you have a relevant set of answers?

    The decision to take you onboard or not, is only up to the support team leader (and in rare cases, upper staff). To prevent any incorrect, or negative responses being given; I will close this topic - Reason being, the community are not responsible for giving a verdict on whether you are an eligible candidate or not. My piece of advice for you would be to just work hard around the forum by providing useful posts to other users, to show you are active and responsible enough of being given the role. Although there were no specific mentions of ban history limiting your chances on this round of recruitment, I will bring to your attention what was mentioned by a different support team leader within the previous recruitment round: I wish you the best of luck, all you can do is at least try your best to overcome your punishment history and patiently wait for a final decision to be made. /Moved to solved.

    Hi Jefferz, Normally when you contact / create a ticket via the feedback system your case is reviewed by 'upper staff', as you already know. These individuals have final say on what happens with the feedback ticket you opened. Since you stated you were given a reply and the ticket was closed, whatever subject matter you created the ticket for, was most likely declined. You have very limited options on what to do from here, because like said above, upper staff have a final decision especially within the feedback system. My advice to you, would be to get in contact with a project manager (via pm) as judging by the ranks within the community (I have linked a forum information thread below for you to look at): Once again, I must bring to your attention - If you have received a reply from your feedback ticket you opened and it was closed with a statement saying it was rejected, this is usually a final decision taken onboard.

    Glad to hear your first problem is solved. For this issue: please ensure you have a small amount of drivers on your profile (10 max). Once having ensured this, the only solution is to wait at least 15 - 30 minutes. Dependent on your system, it can take as long as 40 minutes; however I can assure you once you do this, the problem will not re-occur again in the future.
