I disagree with you. Even if your ban was not that serious, it still counts as you have broken the rules in some way. Admins wouldn't just ban because they want to. It would have to be a legitimate reason for the ban. And a kick is often counted as a warning. In many cases I have seen, Admins have been over generous and kicked the player as a sort of warning. Then they come back and do the same thing again, then the Admins would ban.

If by sporty/racing version, you mean more speed, then I disagree with you. Maybe some more accessories wouldn't go a miss, but more speed, no way. The cars are way too fast as they are, let alone with the sport version. Regards.

There are various requirements you will have to meet before even being considered as an Admin, and at the moment you don't meet any. Try to be more active, don't get banned in game, and generally follow the requirements from the link above. Good Luck :

The car is a multiplayer add on, not made by SCSSoftware, so it is not in the base Single Player game. Only in MP.

I am very confused, but from what I have seen, this is not a very good suggestion. As many others people have said already, a simple F7+ Enter will do the job fine.

I would suggest that you take screenshots of both the players tag, and the /pinfo information. A good enough video quality would be important, because then the admin looking at the report can clearly see the players name, and in-game ID if needed/ in-game tag. What I would do is take a small video of the player in question breaking the rules, then include a screenshot of the players /pinfo information, so the admin can clearly see. But yes, a good enough video quality would be important in cases such as reports and such.
