İn my opinion, you can delete that file, I don't think it will be a problem for Truckersmp. İf there is any problem, I think you can try run TMP as administor. Or this file maybe have been created with a new updates. -

Hello @SpecialGaming I think ,İn my opinion, İf you want to make this VTC overlay look better, there is a (Photoshop) application or a mod creation application site, you can use it in my opinion, But I recommend you to use photoshop application. to design better.
