    Hi, On the Simulation servers, the speed is limited to 68mph (110km/h), so no one should be able to go faster than this. If you cannot get above 65mph maybe your truck has not got a good enough engine to go faster - or if you are doing World of Trucks jobs, the speed limit is lower (90km/h, not sure what that is in mph). https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/574 Hope this helps!

    If you own the VTC, make sure recruitment is open, and then they need to apply to the VTC from its TMP page. Once they've applied you should be able to accept them in. Hope this helps, Flye001
