Not really, alot of rules are now clearer to understand and have been worded better. Theres a huge section which now clarifies how you can save edit ETC. Dont be negative about it and if you feel this then use the feedback system to comment on it. https://www.truckersmp.com/feedback is the place to go

Why? I will continue to be negative. I just want to be free when I modifying my truck. I know how using feedback system and not necessary now.

No use in being negative about it, it will only get you nowhere. It's very simple, use feedback system if you are not happy with the rule changes. You can't be fully free with mods as some mods affect others so rules have to be in place otherwise other people will abuse the freedom.

It's only a kick, nothing has been logged.
The reasoning was clearly a mistake as your driving was not reckless in any way.
Granted, the admin did need to shift you out of the way as you were (unintentionally) blocking the lane, either by kicking or teleporting.
