well, this suggestion wont work, as a computer program never can tell to 100% who caused the accident. So just use report system.

Well, you can find in the gameplay setting sth like contract length, where you can adjust the slider. (if it is still in the middle you probably have a new profile and should skill you contract length).

long story short: dont brake the rules, if another player does it. dont let the other provoke you and just keep calm. Just like in real life, if another person breaks the rule, it doesnt allow you to brake the rules too. So just report him, either within in game report system or through the website (best dont forget /time and /info within video). i cant tell, if you will get banned for this. On your situation i would be quiet for now, most likely another player reportet him anyway. NCZ hacker do it on purpose.

if my navi ingame tells me 90km/h, why should it depending on my trailer? they are driving 90km/h, i see it on spedv and livestreams of my friends. Yes the other have also some small variance, but im 3km/h slower than everybody else. its more than just decimals. its about 4km/h difference. i drove about 100km ingame with my speed control set at 93km/h when i had to acclerate, so that i dont be left behind. also i get overtaken when im driving 150km/h by other players. this starts to get annoying.

Well, to the main topic: how to alive: just obey the traffic rules, dont overtake when its not 100% safe. So actually never overtake at this road. Dont go full speed, drive just as fast, as you can handle your truck safely, espacialy regarding to slow corners, etc. while i have to tell, speeding is not the main problem, it only gets a problem if you get reckless at the same time. Keep a safety distance to the player in front of you, so you can brake. Maybe he will lag or get involved into an accident Also much important: record your driving, so that you get some proofs, if you will get a ban. Keep your proofs at least one month, so you can appeal if a player reports you. I have much fun drving DC road, because it feels much better, than always drving at the empty roads. There you actually have to drive, instead of the other areas, where you could easily race with a constant speed of 150km/h. I personally slowed down on other area,to 120km/h at highway and 90-100 on other road, so i dont tilt so easily in corners. Well i disagree, brainless kids will lose, when they get their bans.

i think ban would be a bit harsh. Ban should never be an autothing,, as the game moderators always can make a better decision about this, than any kind of AI, the decides on certain parameters. If an AI misinterpretes the parameters and kicks, its not so bad, as if the user would get banned immeadiatly. A Ban makes also more work for the team, as the players are appealing to the bans.

after thinking about it, more than 10 minutes idling doesnt make any sence. But on the other hand, if you go below 5 minutes idle kick, user will get kicked, for standing in a traffic jam, which will cause more accidents, if the rejoin at the same spot..... So i think, it is good as it is now.

i dont think this is a good idea. it would make the game incosistent for all players. The main problem with lag isnt even the ping. If you have a lot of traffic, the loading of all the assets and calculating the physics of the items alone will cause the lag. i lag sometimes with a ping of about 30ms, which i consider as fast =) So it doesnt even find all players that lag. On the other hand, it makes it a lot harder to tell if somebody uses a non collision hack or just was in ghost mode, because of lag.

i strongly agree on this topic. save a complete command to type, so you just need have of your time to get the info. espacially as im driving with keyboard, i have cant move my truck while im typing. so i would add a suggestion to shortcut the command, maybe just to "/p 1234"

Hello, what do i do, if i capture a video, where a user told that he reported a player, while i can clearly see from my perspective that he is unguilty. (He got rammed from another player, which placed him on the wrong way without control for a few meters causing another accident)

i drove in 2 convoys with more than 50 players in the last couple of weeks. Actually this isnt even a problem with large convoys. You just can divide your convoy onto several companies within a city and then collect them one after another. This needs just a bit planning before the convoy starts.

Is it allowed to remove audio from a video for report? i was talking about things, that arent related to the game.

i think the easier way is to implement to build in an autokick function that kicks a player if a player drives 15 sec with beacons and more than 30 players in the local area.

what if i encoutered a blocker, drove to a valid parking spot and then use freecam to record this certain player? (so its not just random freecam, its specific)
