Fixed an issue with event request when updating an event. Fixed an issue with timezone on event request. [VTC] Fixed an 500 error occurring when trying to create a VTC. Fixed a check if the event end was after the start. Made event request use the user timezone. Added medal.tv to profile settings. [VTC] Added notifications for VTC Applications.
