Our expectation is to often participate in conversations. You are responsible, professional and are resilient to critique. Ability to make authoritative and impacting decisions quickly. You are knowledgeable about the game and can provide tips to other players about the game and help with questions or issues. Ability to translate English to your language and the other way round correctly and flawlessly You will be part of the TruckersMP team as a volunteer, this means you do not get paid for any of your work. You do enjoy certain benefits as a staff member such as being invited to staff closed convoys and getting sneak peaks of upcoming features, however, leaking such information to other people will lead to a removal from the team. Merhabalar, Ben uzun zamandan beri TruckersMP'de çok keyifli zaman geçiriyorum. Tabiki de iyi anılarımın olduğu kadar kötü anılarım oldu. KamyoncularMP'yi ve forumunu uzun bir süre inceleme fırsatı buldum ve çok faydalı olduğunu gördüm. Ama maalesef yönetici ile ilgili şikayetim var. Ekibinize baktığımda bir sürü admin gördüm ve kesinlikle bu oyunda kural ihlali yaşanma gibi bir şey söz konusu olamaz dedim. Fakat beklediğim gibi olmadı. Sunucu 1'de calais-duisburg, Promods'ta kirkenes gibi gerekli çok fazla kural ihlali için yeterli yokeri kadar admin yok.Belki de adminlerin yapması gerekir. Beklielikle muhakkak kalabalık günde yönetici vardır diye düşünsem de sunucunun en kalabalık olduğu zamanda bile hiç yönetici olmayabiliyor. Bence görevini yapmayanların görevden atılması gerek. Ayrıca daha çok Türk moderatör gerek. Lütfen cevap yazarsanız sevinirim.
