NO, you should never delete the video evidence until the ban has expired for 30 days or more. And you can always keep the evidence forever available if wanted. §1.4 - Reporting users Any breaches of the below rules might result in a 30 day ban from our report system for a first offense, and a permanent ban for a second offense, and will lead to your report getting rejected. The evidence you provide cannot have been recorded more than 14 days ago. The evidence you provide us must be available for the length of the ban applied, plus thirty days. Evidence for permanent bans must be available forever. Reports for reasons mentioned under §2 must have video evidence. Evidence exceeding 2 minutes in length must have a timestamp attached in the report. Evidence submitted in the report should not be modified (cropped, retouched or blurred) in a way that affects the context of the violation. Videos can only be cropped time-wise. Evidence submitted may only be uploaded to websites that offer an on-site video player. Evidence that requires downloading files will not be accepted. Evidence of inappropriate use of language, impersonation of any kind and inappropriate content, in the text chat must show the full chat open. Evidence containing insults or otherwise offensive marks from the reporter won't be accepted and the reporter might be banned for inappropriate use of language, depending on the severity. Ban Evading violations cannot be reported to the TruckersMP Team, such violations are handled through internal processes. You can not report players with evidence that has not been recorded in-game by yourself. Spamming our report system with useless reports, reports using continuous freecam (Cam 0) to record, or anything similar. Asking staff to handle your report with priority is not permitted. It is not allowed to report the same user again if your report against them was declined. The complaint must be addressed to the Game Moderation Management through the feedback system. Reporting TruckersMP staff members must be done through the feedback system. For some basic guidelines on reporting, please refer to this article.

Please use the template suggestion when creating suggestions. We won't be changing the speed limit any time soon as per Road to Simulation. We will continue monitoring it, however, locking the road to the speed limit would be a bit "too" strict, in my opinion. Therefore, I'll reject this suggestion.

Hey event enthusiasts! Last year, we had so many awesome events like Real Operations, Easter Egg Hunt, TruckersMP 7, our Halloween events and of course our 12-hour Christmas Charity Convoy. We want to kick this year off with a unique and meaningful event that is different from anything we have organized before. Let us introduce to you: Operation HQ! On May 1st 2014, Eryk "Rootkiller" Dwornicki and Michał "mwl4" Wójtowicz founded TruckersMP, a multiplayer platform; since then it has grown beyond what they first ever imagined. TruckersMP is now a well known, massive multiplayer online version of two originally single-player based games. Since the start of the project we have celebrated birthdays and milestones together as a community. After all these years, we would like to add something that symbolizes the roots of the TruckersMP community to the game. In order to accomplish this, we need your help! Operation HQ is a collaborative community event that brings everyone together to help build the TruckersMP Headquarters on the location where TruckersMP was originally founded: Wrocław, Poland. How does the event work? Starting today, to help us build the TruckersMP Headquarters, you can deliver special cargoes on any server to the construction site in Poland. You don’t require any DLCs! Please check out the map below to find the drop-off location. At the moment, the area is being prepared for construction to begin. As time goes on and more equipment is delivered, the area will be updated to visually demonstrate the progress that the community has made thus far. To ensure everything happens safely, our Event and Game Moderation Teams will be monitoring the traffic in the area and will redirect truckers in the right direction! This is being used to help get rid of the majority of useless reports that currently come through the system. The more good reports you submit, the more you will be able to report in the future. The more bad reports you submit, the less you will be able to report, to the point where you are no longer able to." Participants should park in their designated slots. Participants without a slot must park in public parking in accordance with the rule above. Participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner. Participants must haul a trailer and dismiss their trailer at Destination. Cars are prohibited except for event staff showing a clear tag. Heavy cargo configurations are not allowed. Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time. Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above. Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy. Event Staff can park out of bounds. Providing this is on the ground and not on top of buildings or other inappropriate places deemed unsuitable by TruckersMP Staff. Free roaming on the server is prohibited.
