Set your ETS2 version to 'NONE - Opt out of all beta programs' under Properties on Steam. It should work when starting the launcher and not give you any error message regarding incompatible game version.

Options > Gameplay > Rain frequency (slidebar) Make sure the bar is not set to 0 (left).

Joining a group or VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) is based on own iniative, as it's not something official from TruckersMP. But to start off, you can look on ets2c.com for convoys and see if there are any VTCs hosting a convoy, and they will most likely also post their contact info there. You can also ask other people about their VTC or if they know any good ones to perhaps join. It's also normal to be faced with a driving test when joining a group, but often something you'll accomplish if you're comfortable with your driving.

I recommend you using the beginner profile (or seperate one) for MP as it includes some startup funds and XP which benefits in multiplayer (unexpected truck damage, etc.), and the bug which you experienced now. But if you want to solve the issue, you can try sleeping, F7, warp time, etc. (anything that passes the game time).

Press F1 to redownload all the files from the TruckersMP launcher.

You have to update your ETS2 to the compatible version (newest - 1.27x) for TruckersMP. Head on over to your Steam Library, right click ETS2 and press 'Properties'. Go under the 'Betas' tab and select 'NONE - Opt out of all beta programs' in the drop-down menu.

Mac support will not be implemented at the time being (incl. Linux). You can read the 'Frequently suggested things' thread for more info about it.

Go into Options > Gameplay. There you'll find a slidebar to adjust the rain frequency for your local game.

The issue occurs because the server time conflicts with the time your profile refers to (from SP). So skipping time and such won't unfortunately work in MP. It's best to have seperate profiles for SP and MP (as you already have). You can play with a "realistic" profile on MP, but that has to be from the start. Transferring profiles from single- and multiplayer is going to cause such issues as you've seen. Remove all of your AI drivers if you have any. That is a common cause in such cases. You can also verify the game integrity and see if that works.

"Becoming" a Veteran Driver in the first play doesn't require you to play the game anyway, you just have to be registered for over a year. So one does not have to "earn" it in any way to gather it. And the rank of VD is just a forum thing really, which doesn't apply to people's TruckersMP profiles.

Suggestion Name: Add time stamps in chat Suggestion Description: Have the feature of enabling time stamps in chat which will refer to the real server time (the same as what the /time command displays). Any example images: Example of time stamps in Steam Chat Why should it be added?: Would be practical and easier in regards of reporting messages or any information shown in the chat (especially spam). It would also be quicker than having to type the /time command frequently when creating evidence for a person spamming or blocking for example. And of course be a neat feature I think many would appreciate having, also including that it would be toggleable.

Try connecting to the server closest to you geographically, and not by the most people online (if that's the case). But if you want to use EU2 for example (as it's decidedly the most popular server), you may want to improve your internet connection - either by using wired connection like Ethernet, or simply getting better internet from your ISP or changing your provider. However, in terms of lagging, that's completely normal at highly populated areas, so don't worry about that. ETS2 is based around rendering just one truck, so you can imagine when 30+ people are at the same area, that will create some lag for everyone. So simply just avoid really populated places if the lag is a major issue for you.

Hey, Try launching the TruckersMP client as administrator and see if that fixes your issue. I also recommend you enabling DirectX to launch with your ETS2; - Press Play on ETS2 in your Steam Library - Press Launch with DirectX - Close game - Open up the MP client and then it should also run ETS2 MP with DirectX

If your PlaysTV recognises ETS2 alone, it should be enough to also capture ETS2 MP when you launch that. Anyway, you can try running the program as administrator and also in compatible mode if you want to (under the compatibility tab in properties). And of course reinstalling PlaysTV wouldn't also hurt to do.

To answer your first question; - Go in-game - Head into Photo Studio - Press Screenshot Manager - Select the image of your choice and press Use as my profile truck That will automatically take the picture you selected and display it on your WoT profile as you described.

Here's a really nice guide on creating a custom trailer skin which I often refer to when I create my own ones; But as said above, any custom skins will not be compatible with MP, and you'll just get automatically kicked from the server if you try.

Make sure you also have both speed limiters disabled, which are located in the tab menu and in the game settings.
