Ich hab da mal ne question to the IGA. Why are reports rejected only because the person is already banned? Should not be punished every act. I think that's pretty s *** the Roudys whose sole purpose is to other controls, only be occupied by a single sentence. If you are lucky to be combined to form a longer Banstrafe a few reports, but most people are sentenced to only 2-3 days, although they rammed several other players, or the like Blockley did.
 
In my opinion, the report should: 1. either all been recorded and a serious punishment pronounced or 2. the penalties are gradually imposed.
It can not be that someone with pure intention other players rams and the succession, only gets a measly three days punishment in no time. I find this one at such players should to perm Ban Pronounce much more anyway.
