@Titanic4@MarkONI've had these pop-ups before a couple of times, it's just a small window that appears which can be immediately closed clicking on "X" button, but this was first time that button was also on few seconds timer and the 3 videos counter appeared. I am now convinced it's just really dirty tactics from Youtube, since nothing is blocked and as far as I know they can't even do it, at least in EU without facing legal issues.

I am using uBlock Origin on Opera browser and for android NewPipe app.

Then I don't know, maybe it reduces effectiveness of brakes, because I had really hard time stopping from low speeds where I wanted using air brakes, even when braking much earlier than without the mod. However reducing my speed with retarder don't seem any different.

Also, do the tyres matter, I'm using Michelin tyres with B rating for wet condition (there isn't better than that)?

Completed 3 long runs with the original version and I haven't had a single issue, apart from cheap mechanics of lowered grip (longitudinal?) to the point I could slow down from higher speed to lower speed much easier than say from 20km/h to full stop, when my truck just kept rolling for extremely long distance (wheels turning, not sliding)

If I recall right, default, which is also max stability, was halved at some point, now it's 0,5 was 1,0 before, not sure how exactly this works (guess it shifts center of gravity somewhat), but in general, trucks are less stable at maximum setting now, than in older versions. Was it after 1.35, or before? 

Whats your "g_truck_stability" parameter in both versions?

Also, stiffness of the suspension plays a role.

IMO, 1.39 is far more realistic, turning like that would cause you to g on 2 wheels and flip, not slide like sports car, many small cars and SUVs would do that too, I think.

I don't understand why this kind of event has to be held on poor server, when they could use Simulation 2. 

@ScaniaFan89 Iceland together with Faroe islands appeared in version 1.9, I think, which is very old and didn't have any dlc dependencies, it contained most of what you can find there now, except the  northern and central parts were less developed. Vestmannaeyjar - that small island was added in version 2.20 it seems, which is like 3 years ago.

@ScaniaFan89 That island is not new either, only the western part is new/rebuilt - area around Reykjavík and Keflavík, þorlákshöfn is new (short way west of Selfoss), I remeber these dirt/snowy roads in the centre of Iceland being crowded, but now?  I wonder how many of the sheep knows you can drive by Loch Ness and spot Nessie.

I know of one unmarked road, down in Pyreneés, if you take road south from Pau, just before you hit border, there is side road on the east side, but it only leads to a dead end, but be careful, because there is snow. There is couple more I have come across, but not dirt roads.

One interesting road is near Fishguard ferry in Wales, check one of the roundabouts nearby , one exit leads to a town,  I think it's actually Fisguard, but the name on the sign is in welsh, so I dunno, the road later rejoins another marked road. Near one of the other roundabaouts near Fishguard leads to "Horse mountain", a dead end blocked by pile of rocks with a horse on top.

SSAO is very taxing on performance and my pc is pretty much a dinosaur, so I have disabled it, as even at low setting it takes down about 10-15 FPS, and it's not worth the visual difference unless set to at least medium, which would kill my FPS altogether.

I don't believe that SCS would want to do that, they are just trying to making their games better (which developer keeps updating their game 8 years after the release?), but with Fmod, they are learning as well.

Not only that, but new sound bugs have been introduced, I think due to attempts to fix the engine start up and horn sound bugs.

Now I can't hear the sound of my tyres rolling or the air shifts sound while there are more than 2! players on the tab list, when the 3rd player pops in, tyres sound cuts off abruptly and comes back when player count drops back below 3. This is probably as bad if not worse than engine startup bug.

When I'm driving 80Km/h in the right lane on the motorway, if there are 3 lanes, 9 out of 10 speeders overtake me using leftmost lane, if there are only 2 lanes, they will often slow down and drive behind me for a while, before they proceed with overtaking. Must be, that driving like a sane person, at safe and realistic speeds, makes you suspicious of being a troll, that you are waiting for them to get next to you, so you can smash them.

I am sick of this approach, this lack of respect and excess of distrust, that thought, you are only there to break  their "fun".

Also, love when  they have "realistic driver" or "pro driver" in the tag, then smash you with the trailer as they blow past you.

As far as I know, the age of "kid" in the US is anyone under 13, so setting it to "not for kids" is safest and fastest, since you are required to provide this information.

I set my whole channel to "not made for kid", didn't read all that nonsense, but don't wanna FBI knock down my door, cause I forgot to delete one old report video, that wasn't flagged accordingly.

This makes it automatic for every uploaded video, no problems with reports, just make sure to set the visibility to public.

Laugh all you want, but I am using Windows Movie Maker 2012 that was part of Windows Essentials 2012 by Microsoft, even complete amateur can use it and it was free, that's why I am still using it, though I will lose it if my PC dies (it's very old for PC standards) cause sadly, it is no longer available - anything you find on the internet nowadays that claims to be this, is fake.

Only free option, that Microsoft offers now, is Windows Photos App, that's build in Windows 10, yes, you can actually edit video with it, though I don't have any experience, since I have my precious gem.

You can try experimenting with that.

Oops, spoke too soon...even on SIM2 it jumps to 200-300 for few seconds, but no lag issues like SIM1.
