    -Son, I've had this truck for many years and now when you're starting your own business I'll pass it to you. It has been in hard use and is quite broken and rusty. I've tried to fix it these last few years, but didn't get much done. You can always fix it yourself and if you don't you won't be passing it to your own children. (the Earth in a nutshell)

      There's basically two kind of snows. One of them only looks like snow, but it's rain, looks like the old toilet paper.

      But to answer your question, it doesn't affect the REAL snowing which you see falling slowly, only the toilet paper snow.
