      Being a Forum Moderator doesn't automatically mean your going to get admin after a few months; You need to be recognised and be deserving to be promoted.

       

      You get suggested to be a IGA by others, but that doesn't mean your going to get a promotion. If your inactive etc... then your chances of getting suggested for IGA are slimmer.
